Hi all, is there a problem with the mail server today, I'm noticing a 10-15 minute delivery delay on incoming mail into Zoho ?
Cannot connect to Smtp Server (tests with wormly and mxtoolbox)
Hello, we love using zoho for our web app, but recently we aren't able to connect to the smtp server we are using the members@9inesports.com account we even tried services like wormly or mxtoolbox to test the smtp server but they can't even connect. Any help? We are able to send and receive emails from that account. It's weird Thanks

Zoho Mail is too slow to receive email!
I need help, I zoho mail is too slow to receive emails, I´ve tried sending emails from gmail and yahoo to my zoho account and it takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 4 hours to get the email. I´m using both the phone app and the web interface and it´s the same, my emails are always delayed.

I tried logging into my other account I made with Zoho yesterday, however each time I tried logging in Zoho would mark my other e-mail account with them as "invalid". AOL (and others?) non-delivery of Zoho messages
I see from another discussion three months ago that AOL is blocking Zoho free users. What steps are you taking to resolve this? Would it do any good for me to contact someone at AOL? How to disable spam processing?
Several relatives and myself have setup free accounts with zoho and use Thunderbird as a POP3 client. However quite recently emails have not been showing up and after eventually logging in to web view showed that they have gone into the spam folder - for no apparent reason. Emails from the same (family and bank) addresses have been coming through fine, and then suddenly started being filtered into spam. Since then one email from the same family member has got through without going into spam! Anyway

Organization members not showing up properly in contacts
1. In the contacts window (using old version), members of the organization do not show under "All Contacts" unless I have already emailed them. (Similarly, when composing a message, auto-fill does not work for members of the organization unless I have already emailed them.) 2. Under "Shared Contacts" members of the organization are not appearing at all-- only group names followed by a "0". (For what it's worth, all members of the organization ARE showing up under "My Organization Members".)
EAS on Outlook 2013
Hi! I'm trying to avoid never-ending IMAP problems by configuring account over EAS protocol, but I'm getting only few days of emails synced. I can see emails in webmail as I saw them over IMAP, but over EAS they are not synced. I'm getting status "All folders are up to date". How can I set it up to download all messages?

Can't see IMAP folders in Apple Mail
Like many others, I'm finding the IMAP server very flaky. In addition, I can't see any of the IMAP folders in my Apple Mail program. What setting should I have in the "IMAP Path Prefix" box? Some IMAP servers like it blank, some like a "/" character, and some like the word "INBOX". I've tried all of these, but can't get the folders to appear in Apple's Mail program. Martin S Taylor

I switched from Google Apps earlier this morning (around 4 hours ago), i am configured correctly in my GoDaddy domain settings, i have both the MX entries required and i have no other entries on there, i have already deleted the ones from Google Apps. However, I am still not able to receive email, I can send them but not receive, my domain is http://www.rookonline.co.uk Anyone else had this issue?

IMAP Mail Server
We are experiencing problems sending mail. Mail is being received but we are unable to send out mail, move mail between folders or delete mail. We have the following intermittent warning on our account: The server returned the error: Connections to the server “imap.zoho.com” on the default ports timed out. IMAP server offline - continuing issues
The past few days imap.zoho.com has been going offline for long periods of time. Emails are not showing up in Outlook but they are showing up on my iPhone (which is connected via Exchange, not IMAP) and Zoho's web portal. Any help would be appreciated.

How to add an iframe in a signature
Dear All, My company consists of 20 - 40 employees. Each month we need to change our signature because we use (under our details) an image with different exhibitions which we take part. It is quite difficult each time (and each month) to login to those 20 accounts and change this image. Is there any way (maybe a template or an iframe) in which when we change this image - iframe then to automatically change in all the employees' signature?

We have many paid accounts for fitsupply.com and discountonlinefitness.com we all use outlook. It shows offline for all of us. Sometimes it goes online then back offline again. Is there an outage with your servers ?? How soon will this be resolved?
Vacation Reply not working (again)
So the Vacation Reply function is not working yet again. I set it for the next 3 days, but when you refresh the screen it had moved the dates forward to unrelated dates in 2018. I have attached 2 screenshots and I hope someone can sort this out once and for all? Thanks.

deleted email
Hi We believe an employee has been doing real nasty things within the organisation. We are collecting proofs at the moment. I would like to get all the emails he has deleted and empty the bin for up to six months without the employee noticing it. For example a zip file with all the emails, sent to me or so. Confidentiality agreemts allows us to do so and this is very serious matter. Would that be possible tecnically from zoho?
"Delete" and "Archive" buttons won't work
After reading an e-mail, if I want to delete or archive it, clicking in the respective button does nothing... am I missing something here? Sometimes the buttons work, sometimes not - everything else works (not a mouse/touchpad problem), but the "Delete" and "Archive" are VERY stubborn... Thanks for any help,
