Hi there, My wife's account keeps getting blocked, and now advising that we are unable to unblock. Not sure if this is a new policy, but since this morning she has been blocked multiple times yet i cannot understand why. All New Zealand Standand Time - Monday 12.26pm - blocked 09.44am - blocked 06.55am - blocked the last big email sent was 5Mb, hardly to get over excited about and cannot see it triggering blocks. missing folder
I created a personal, free Zoho account recently. I forwarded mail from the inbox of a British (BT) email account I intended to close, to my new Zoho inbox. I created folders and put all this 'old' mail into appropriate folders, so I could refer to them later. Problem with domain verification for new account
Dear all, One of our new partner (medseahealth.gr) would like to be part of Zoho. I am the responsible person to do this process (to create admin account, contacts etc etc.) So as a first step I chose the Zoho Free plan, then I created an account n.mantamopoulos@medseahealth.gr and now I am in the step where I have to verify the domain (please see the image below). Two Factor Authentication fails on new mobile device
I have a new phone and am trying to access Zoho Mail. I installed Google Authenticator. Every time I try a new code from Google Authenticator I get an invalid code error in in the Zoho Mail login. I tried to disable Two Factor Authentication for my account, but it will not let me turn it off. I cannot access Zoho mail from my new device. Very frustrating.
Subfolders inbox
Hello, I have created several subfolders in my inbox. At first it seemed to work well. Now, when I move the emails to a certain folder on my desktop, the emails are only moved on my desktop and don't show on my other devices. Even when I look online (Zoho Website) I ony see the folders but no content. Anyone some advice on this? Thanks. Sven

Mail From Outside Zoho Not Arriving
Email messages sent from addresses outside of Zoho are not arriving starting about 9:30 am (eastern daylight savings time). I have tested sending email to myself from several different outside addresses. It hasn't bounced but it also hasn't arrived. Email from within Zoho seems to be arriving. I try to add another time from “user detail”but always appear on “invitation list”like “pending”. I set up my Zoho account and it seemed to be working. I have sent and received a number of e-mails on the account. Had configured the email account based on my domain with godaddy last week. And it worked fine. The MX Records and CName Records are in place. I rechecked them again. Now the situation is that all outgoing emails are working from the zoho accounts that have been created but the replies to these messages on their respective accounts by the Recipient does not work... ie no incoming email is working.. Missing Mail in custom folders
It seems that in some of my custom subfolders the emails stored are missing but the counter on top right shows the email count right and i can navigate it. No sign of the emails although they were stored there and not archived. Also when i toggle the layout the emails are accounted for but do not show up in the list view. Even searching for the user's email affected the search results show the right number but no emails. Please help, would be much appreciated!

I received a different domain and id like to change my email address now. I see i can delete the account but my domain and everything is linked to it. will it be on a new one i start? will i be able to open a new one since we can only have one.
