Outgoing email blocked because of exceeding quota
We have a problem with one of our emails being blocked because it exceeded the outgoing email quota. That makes no sense since that email is just sending regular emails with no major attachments or anything. Why is that? Any idea how we can fix it? Thank you

I have been trying to reset my password for the account cemetaree@zoho.com. But have never received the email detailing the steps I need to take to reset. I have access to the recovery account and I have monitored to make sure it wasn't flagged as spam.

Hello, please unlock outgoing mail for my main user aria**@institutocdi.org.br, it got blocked under the reason Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Mail Bounce Count Exceeds Limit [ Bounce count=10 ] . Zoho webmail works, email clients don't
Dear Zoho team, I had my domain comniversal.com registered with Zoho and webmail works just fine. However, I never managed to get any email client work with Zoho despite the fact that I set all configuration as instructed on Zoho website. Everytime I add zoho account to Outlook or Thunderbird I receive a notification that login fails due to wrong password. Kindly check if there is something wrong with my Zoho account. Route 53 Does Not Allow Two Nameless (Blank) MX Records
I successfully added Zoho's first MX record using a blank name in Route 53. However, when I try to add the second MX record, I get an error: "Tried to create resource record set [name='example.com.', type='MX'] but it already exists" Obviously I swapped the actual domain with example.com just for this post, and I assume it probably goes without saying that "@" doesn't work in Route 53 fwiw. Do I really need the secondary MX record? If so, what do you recommend as a solution? Sincere thanks in advance,
Email I sent from my gmail never gets to zoho inbox
Hi, So I sent emails from gmail several times to my zoho email account, but none of them shows up on my zoho email inbox. Sending emails does not even return errors and they are just gone. Sending/receiving emails within zoho emails work, but I can't access any emails outside of it. Any ideas? (haven't been getting any confirmation emails from mailchimp, gmail....etc)

I've created an account for my business and would like to add my business partner to everything. I have added a user in the CRM, but can't figure out how to add her to the email suite. Dear all, I have been experiencing problem to receive emails from a contact form in a Wordpress Website. Basically, we have a website www.hydrogenhorizon.com. And we set Contact Form 7, a plugin to send a copy of the submitted forms to horizoneducational.com emails. However, we cannot receive it. Cannot close my account
having had multiple CRM accounts within Zoho for various reasons, I have now merged all into one so I want to close all the old ones now. I have reduce the subscription from Professional to Free edition. There is only one user left the administrator. DNS Servers changed with CNAME verification
I use PairNIC as my domain name registrar. When I used their custom DNS feature to add a CNAME record, my DNS settings automatically changed to NS5.PAIRNIC.COM and NS6@PAIRNIC.COM when they should be NS2.WIXDNS.NET and NS3.WIXDNS.NET. I received the message "Congratulations! You have verified your domain foxvalleynewcomers.com ." Now that I've verified my domain, can I change the nameservers back to the correct ones?

We forgot to configure SPF... and now we're blacklisted
