Magento transactional email setup
Hi team, I am trying to send transaction emails in magento through by email id created in zoho. But I am getting an error while setting up the email setting. Can you please have a look and let me know what is the issue. The issue is in the SMTP setting that I have been trying to setup. but zoho server is somehow not allowing it to be send. Unable to send an email get rejected by the server
Hello everyone, thank you kindly for reading my question/problem today. I can successfully send emails from my IPad however I cannot send emails from my IPhone, it says "A copy has been placed in your outbox. The sender address "rhys@rhyssmart.com" was rejected by the server". How can I solve this issue? Thank you.
How do you view the mail of a second users email?
I set up a secondary email from the one account but can only see the email from the main user email. Cheers

Hello everyone, I have developped a php script that gets new emails from my Zoho mailbox via imap. My problem: there is a 20-25 seconds difference between the time I can see a new email in my mailbox (in the web email client) and the time my php script can get it via Imap. For example when I send an email to my Zoho email address I can see it straight away in the web email client but my php script will be able to get it only 20-25 seconds after I see it in the mailbox (I've run tests with another

Problem with incoming emails
The incoming mails are showing the following error Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently: rakesh@zppoz.com Technical details of permanent failure: Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain zppoz.com by zppoz.com . [43.225.55.107]. The error that the other server returned was: 550 No Such User Here Please suggest it's critical for me.
Unable to verify email
When I try to verify an email address via one of the links that looks like " https://accounts.zoho.com/confirm?DIGEST=....", i get a messages stating that the link has expired. This happens even when the link is only 1 minute old.
Incoming mail not working properly

Exceeded unblock requests in 24 hours
Hi there, I tried to send a group email out to more than the limit of 100 per email (which I wasn't aware of) so got my account blocked...I unblocked it but as the email was still in my Outbox it tried to send again (or I did more likely by accident) I've now exceeded the number of unblocks in a day and have been blocked for 24hrs...can you please undo this? Disabled automatically whitelisted email addresses
How do I disable automatic whitelisting of email addresses for all members my organization? Whenever someone sends an email, that address is added to the the "whitelisted email" section of their Anti-Spam settings. I need to clear out those addresses and prevent them from being added automatically.
Using Zoho to Forward to Gmail Account

Hi here, I have changed my new hosting yesterday and I haven't change the MX email record. It still show up zoho server. But I found that I can't receive email this morning. After I delete the old mx record and input again it still can't receve email. Keeping show me that "550 No Such User Here"..... Am I do something wrong?

CNAME and TXT added but not verified
Hi there, I added a CName to my domain http://confidentcats.com but could not get verified. I added a TXT record but it would not allow me to leave the name blank or with an '@' symbol as suggested so I instead put 'confidentcats.com.' This allowed me to add the TXT record but I am still unable to get verified. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

Email file size is double the attachment size, why?
Hello, I've noticed that emails with attachments are double the file size of the attachment. Why is that? I saw in another forum answer where Zoho adds 30% quotient (?). But this is 100% again the attachment size. Is there any way to stop this? Thanks for your help, Char
Migration from outlook.com, emails in subfolders and sent folder not included
Hi, I have transfered emails from outlook.com account through the zoho mail and it is reported as successfully completed. However, it seems like emails in subfolders and my sent folder have not been transferred. This is critical for maintaining the historic messages in Zoho CRM. My verticle email preview pane is broken. When I toggle the layout from the default with the pane on the bottom I then receive the no preview option, the toggle layout button disappears and I have to open the email in a new tab. What is the solution to regain my verticle preview pane back? MR
emails arrived long after senders sent them
Hi, I've noticed that emails have been delivered with delay. Sometimes it took a day to get a message. This morning it took about 20 mins to get emails. The below is a header from one of emails delivered with delay. The header said it was received at 7:07 PDT but it was delivered onto my mailbox at 7:24am. This is just one of many cases.
