Zoho Mail - Blocked from sending
Hi, I Have been blocked from sending emails from info@thecubedisability.co.uk It said I have exceeded my bounced limit I followed a link to unblock however it hasn't worked Could you unblock for me. Thankyou
Zoho mail stopped working on Saturday 5/2
We have not received any email with any of our 8 users since 5/2. They can send out just fine, but nothing is received. This is true using our thunderbird email clients, our iphones, and zoho web-based email. When test emails are sent to any of the 8 user accounts from outside the domain, they are simply not received. No error messages, no bounces, nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unable to relay mail
I'm trying to set up SSMTP to relay mail from my server to Zoho, but I can't seem to get it to work. Every time I try to send mail, ssmtp hangs until I kill it. Help with verification of domain for Zoho Mail
I host my site http://www.paperskyhome.com @ shopify.com I bought my domain name at ewebguru.com I want to make an email address info@paperskyhome.com using zoho mail. I have selected the basic Free plan. They are asking me to verify that I am the owner of the domain. I tried uploading the verifyzoho.html to paperskyhome.shopify.com but it shows an error. I do not know how to verify with CNAME or text file. Please suggest a solution.

Can't request new password - can't log in
Hi, I have 2 (free) email accounts with Zoho. This one and another. I use the other for my business contacts but I can't log in anymore! I lost my password but I can't request a new one, the email does not appear in my mailbox. I tried 10+ times and it doesn't appear in my mailbox. Anyone knows what to do or can help me? Thanks!
How do I receive emails for multiple users?
Hello, I have two user mail accounts set up, one victor@*****.com and one myself@*****.com. myself@*****.com I get emails to in Zoho mail, but how does Victor check victor@****.com?? We can't figure out how he can check his mail. Only my mail shows up in zoho mail. Thanks, Matt
Changed hosting provider
We recently changed our hosting provider and we pointed our domain to their servers. Now, the website is hosted there, but it seems that the emails are not. What I mean is that when I send a file through zoho mail, the receiver sees that the file is downloaded from the old server. What can be the problem?
POP Access Denied
One of my emails say my POP access is denied. I have submitted 2 trouble tickets and got 2 responses from ZOHO saying that they hoped we fixed the problem.... Obviously Zoho is NOT doing their job. HELP - URGENT IMAP HELP NEEDED!
Hi, I have set up IMAP mail for outlook for mac and I can't get it to work all of a sudden. It has been working ok and now I'm getting the attached error message. My account is frozen. I have searched online and the forums but cannot find a solution. I have attached screenshots of my settings and the error message. I can't either send or receive mail.

iphone not sending email
Hello, This topic has been on the forum a couple of times, but with no answers or replies. I have set up my iPhone with my personal domain name as the instruction say to. I have updated the MX records and can send and receive email from the web, but only receive email and NOT send email from my iPhone. email disappeared from inbox
I read an email this morning and when i went back to reply it had disappeared. I didn't delete it, didn't archive it. I did a search for several keywords in all folders and no sign of it. Had to ask my client to re-send it which looks somewhat unprofessional. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm now wondering if any other emails have disappeared...
Delay in Receiving Mails
Hi All, We were experiencing slowness in incoming mail queue processing earlier today which resulted in some mails being backlogged in queues. There will be some delay (of upto 30 minutes) in receiving mails due to this. delayed emails
Once again, emails are being delayed. I'll tell you, every time this happens, you keep posting that we will not have these 'inconveniences' any longer. But it continues to happen. We love the user interface of your program, but, as I and others have told you in the past, it is more than an inconvenience. Our clients expect immediate responses and are not getting them. I signed up for Zoho mail yesterday. This was to make a custom email for my website mrtobyparker.com I initially made my email 'hello@mrtobyparker.com' Afterwards, I thought toby@mrtobyparker.com would be a better email. I created that address and made it my primary. However - when I open the account it still heads itself as 'hello@mrtobyparker.com'... I also cannot receive mail, would this be the cause of that?

Problems receiving emails
For this account it cannot receive emails, but can send. Other accounts on the same domain can both send and receive email with no problems, so I con't believe it's the MX records with an issue. Is it possible to examine this account and identify the issue? Thanks :)
