How/when to verify domain to start email?
I signed up with Zoho because my new ISP, SquareSpace, doesn't provide email. I'm in the process of moving the domain from an ISP that provided it with the domain. So, in order to avoid missing any email, do I verify the domain BEFORE I move or AFTER? Thank you, Michelle Oxman

Syncing Calendar Contacts with Outlook
We have just started using Zoho Mail, and I was hoping to use MS Active Sync to sync contacts & calendar between Outlook and the companies Blackberrys. I found out that MS Active Sync is only available for mobile devices, so I presume it will work on the Blackberrys? So if it does, the problem of syncing the Blackberrys and Zoho is solved. But the main problem is syncing outlook and Zoho. Is there a plugin for this? Or can MS Active Sync be made to work for Outlook? Thanks
Automate separate folders for Read/Unread emails??

Hello, Very new to this, I did try the search function but couldn't find an answer. I have purchased a new business domain from Strikingly.com in return for which they host my site for free. In the free package however they only offer 3 email addresses and besides I want the functionality of Zoho Mail. Has anyone linked a domain held on Strikingly to Zohomail?And if I can do this will I be still restricted to 3 email addresses or can I have as many as are allowed in Zoho? Thank you in advance,

eMail header issue
The headers in my email account keep disappearing for no reason. Right now the only thing left under "delete" is one lonely "e." What the hell is going on? This is a three week old issue, at least.

Not receiving Instagram emails
Hi, ive confirmed with Instagram the emails are going out, i have also confirmed the domain as white listed etc, multiple reset passwords have now been sent to me, and none are getting through It is imperative that i receive these emails, or have access to so i can reset my password with Instagram. Changing mail window sizes
Hi, I have this problem: when I want to add a mail contact as a Lead to CRM, the window for adding the contact information opens. However, this almost covers all of the e-mail, so it's difficult to see the contact details in the e-mail. I can resize the upper window that lists all the mails, but I can NOT resize the lower window for the CRM details. Is there a way to resize this or to show more of the original mail? Super Admin for Email Accounts
Hi I cannot work out how to change the Super Admin for my email account In the CRM I have added a user called superadmin@resortpromotionsgroup.com this is the current SUPER ADMIN. When I first signed up..I used an account called mark@new-media-designs.com. If I log in using the superadmin@ I do not get the control panel button. I sign in as mark@new-media-designs.com and get the control panel. I then hit edit...and got the drop down box to change the Super Admin....this box does not populate

Did Dropbox integration go away?
I noticed in the last few days that the options in Mail messages to upload attachments from Dropbox or download to Dropbox have disappeared; same for Google Drive. Have those connections been closed?
Cant create zoho email alias
I created a zoho email address and I'm trying to add an alias to it. I'm following the instructions provided in https://adminconsole.wiki.zoho.com/mail/Mail-Accounts.html but this links seems to be talking about an older version as I cant see the same UI for creating alias.
Spam filter
Hello, As of about 2 weeks ago I started seeing a large amount of spam in my inbox. Many are the same as or similar to spam emails which were previously blocked. Has something changed with your spam filter? I mark each message as spam, but continue to receive the same spam mail. Thank you.
Deleting email
For some reason my POP clients are not properly telling the Zoho sever to delete email from the in-box. Is there a way via the web interface to tell Zozho to delete all but some emails? Tom

It is appalling that for paid users like us, ZOHO standard of service delivery is BAD...!!! - Its been a day and our work is stuck, issue is not resolved...!! - Never a CALL CENTER EXECUTIVE IS AVAILABLE WHEN WE CALL THE CALL CENTRE... ACCOUNT HACKED
I have recently been getting notifications that I have exceeding my limit for sending emails, so my account has been blocked. As I only sent maybe a dozen a day was confused until I went into my "sent" box and found a whole load of junk/spam emails being sent from my account. Now it has been blocked and I cannot unblock it (I was getting a 'click here to unblock' link) but that isn't coming up any more. Please help as urgent now.
Contact Category (group) import?
I am importing contacts from gMail (google) and I use gMail "Groups" (which essentially work as categories) extensively. Is there any way to import the gMail group label into Zoho Mail as a category (or as a group)? I have 100's of contacts and dozens of groups (categories). This is critical for moving to Zoho mail. contacts search is case sensitive in zoho mail
hi, I can confirm that Contacts Search is case sensitive in Zoho Mail . If contact is stored as John and when I type john in the search box it does not return any results. Only after typing matching case as John it returns the result. Please make it case in-sensitive

Emails not being received by clients recently
We have been using Zoho for a total of 11 of our company accounts for last several months and have been mostly happy with the service. However, recently we have been getting a lot of feedback from out clients that they are not getting the emails we send them. This is mostly with new clients with gmail ids. Most of the clients say the email ends up in their spam and the others complain they dont receive them at all. This is mostly one on one correspondence with clients with little or no pictures

Dear Zoho, I have an error with the spam filter. All the emails sent by our e-commerce platform (from office@papeto.ro ) to office@papeto.ro go into spam. The platform sends automatically a notice by email when a new order is made. I put the domain (the same domain registered under zoho mail) in the white listed domains. incorrect time on emails
i have just opened a zoho mail account and the mails are arriving at seemingly arbitrary times [even with relation to each other] although they have all been sent from european timezones i have just sent myself two test mails which were at least moreorless consistent one arrived at 13:27 european time but is logged at 04:28 and another at 13:29 which logged at 04:31 i'm inferring this means the clock is somehow set to U.S. timezone although the calendar does seem to be set to my european location
