Help! "Connection timed out" - Zoho Mail Android App
Hi, I'm having a lot of connection issues on my Zoho Mail Android App lately, if I'm using a 3G connection. It keeps showing the "connection timed out" message (as you can see in the image attached) whenever I try to get new emails. It's definitely not a internet connection problem, because I can browse the web and get my corporate mails using another email app at the same time, with no troubles. The weird thing is: If I connect to a WIFI connection, it works like a charm, and I can get my emails.
Copy subfolders in a new folder
Dear All, In my zoho mail account I have a folder with 30 subfolders and 2-3 subfolders inside the subfolders. I know that I can move folders in another folders. My question is if there is any way to copy this folder (with the subfolders and sub-subfolders) in one new folder. Or I have to create again from scratch all this folder 'tree'?
Email storage isn't lowering after deleting all emails?
Hi, I backed up one of my users emails, and then deleted all but the most recent 100 emails. I also emptied all the other folders including the trash folder. However, when i login on my admin account and go into control panel, it is still saying that this user is using 46% of his storage. Can anyone help me why this storage isnt changing? Cheers! Richard
Cannot Send Emails from iPhone
Hi All, I'm trying to add my Zoho account to my iPhone mail. The Zoho app doesn't allow the keyboard to turn horizontally and it's driving me up the wall. I was able to add the account successfully and all my emails synced, but for some reason when i try to send an email I get an error saying "A copy has been placed in your Outbox. sending the message content to the server failed." I have verified that my password and username are typed correctly, that the SSL is on and that the port is correct.

Hello, In my account some emails are not arriving to the destination address. Once, I also received a mail saying Zoho is blacklisted, which is a problem because I was sending an e-mail for an important client. Please find it below. What is happening? I am really having a hard time. I think I do it all right. But then I am wasting HOURS trying to fix problems. I have my doamain with Go Daddy. I changed the Cname and MX records to rerflect my zoho account. I now can use my domain name in my new zoho address and it works properly. Now I set up mail forwarding with Zoho to forward my mail to my basic gmail account. It works great. Everything fine. Then I wanted to send emial from my Gmail account but have the email reflect my Zoho email address.
Mail Forwarding Internally vs Externally
Hi, Example I have two email accounts created. The first account a@mydomain.com is forwarding to external Gmail email. The second account b@mydomain.com is forwarding to the first account above, a@mydomain.com. But when an email is received by b@mydomain.com, the email ends up in the a@mydomain.com "Inbox" instead of being forwarded to external Gmail. Why doesn't the email gets forwarded to the external Gmail? Thank you.
Outgoing mail is blocked but user limit not reached
I've been trying to update folks in my address book about switching to zoho for email, and sent 4 messages with 25 addressees each, and then the account was blocked with the message "Dear User, Your Mail Outgoing blocked. Reason :Daily Recipient count exceeds limit [Total Recipients=500" and I also got another one with "Dear User, Your Mail Outgoing blocked. Only 1.5 pages of SPAM show in the browser view
I'd like to scroll through and browse all the spam messages without clicking on them or deleting them one at a time. But the Web UI only lets me scroll to another half page of messages in the spam folder. By clicking them, I can alert providers that I'm receiving these messages. Yikes! Safari, Chrome, and Firefox all exhibit this behavior. Also, when I extend the browser window vertically, it allows me to see and scroll to more messages, but not further?! This may occur in other folders as well,

Own domain - emails disappearing
Hello, I am having a strange problem. My domain is pratyushinternational.com. When my users are sending or receiving email (using GMail as POP client), there is no error on either side, but often the emails are not getting delivered. Unable to authentocate to SMTP server
Hi, from several hours I can't login into SMTP server for my account. I checked settings several times on iPhone and in Mail app on my Mac. Both reports authentication problem or SMTP server timeouts. Within last few weeks I noticed similar problems with SMTP and IMAP servers several times. Could you please resolve this issue? Mail deleted by accident
I have deleted my folder inbox IMAP in Thunderbird by accident through "empty folder" and emails did not go to trash, they went straight away same as when you empty spam folder, not just deleting that emails go to folder trash. Is there a way to recover all emails dsappeared??? There are many really important to me. Thank you very much.

Zoho webmail changes markup of HTML emails
We're seeing issues with some HTML emails when viewing them through the Zoho web mail client ... Zoho appears to be stripping attributes on anchor tags (aside from the href) and then adding in a target="_blank" It's quite annoying as it really messes with the display of emails where anchor tags have been styled and makes them illegible. I can understand adding the target="_blank", but why does it strip all other attributes?

Hello. I can't verify my domain ownership because I don't find the info necessary to complete any of the three methods requiered. I believe that's because I only have a domain but I don't have a hosting service. Importing 2 GBs of old mail into Zoho Mail
Hello There, I think that the folks at Zoho are running a fantastic suite of products! So I finally decided to make the switch. Mainly, I decided to switch all my email to Zoho Mail, however, I hate lots of email at my old client (Gmail). I have slightly less than 2 GBs of mail that compose roughly 34 thousand messages. SMTP server failure?
I'm unable to send emails and getting a constant SMTP server failure to connect using eM Client. The programme diagnostics shows SMTP connection failure and the 'fix' option says it is fixed, but it isn't. SMTP log shows empty. The failure to connect to the SMTP server is not uncommon. Is this a reliability problem?

How many times does the migration tool have to be run?
I'm testing out a migration for a test user that has 30,000+ messages. The first time it was run, 20K messages were transferred, followed by one that was ~9,000, then ~1,000 and 150 on the 4th one. How many times does the migration tool need to be run in order to insure that the migration transfers everything? Mahalo, Dave

Emails from a domain are not received and not in spam folder
We have trouble receiving emails sent from our server shameless-smoothies(dot)com. They do not arrive in any of our email addresses hosted at Zoho, nor can they be found in the spam folder. We can send emails to these addresses, but 9 out of 10 do not arrive. We have tested extensively with other accounts hosted elsewhere - there were no problems receiving or sending emails from this server. I also tried whitelisting the domain and individual emails, but it did not solve the problem. Would be fantastic

A security problem with your iPhone App

I signed out of my account and tried to login using the Gmail option in your App. I typed my Gmail username and password but the login attempt didn't succeed.
