NOW THATS DUMB: On adding accounts
That is so dumb that when using ZOHO to pop emails from other accounts into ZOHO that when using Outlook, it does not show you messages from ALL of your accounts only my domain account. Now how the heck do you expect us to see mail from all of our accounts when using IMAP I am only shown just my coustom domain?? ugh time to move on from zoho it looks like. That needs to be changed to where we can see email from ALL of our accounts not just the domain.
Mx record error
I am getting an error which says, "The MX Records of your domain are not pointed to Zoho. You may not receive emails in Zoho." I have checked added the MX records in GoDaddy, alternately I tried it to add in Cpanel as well. I can send the emails out but not able to recieve them. Please help.
can't verify my domain?
Hi I'm using the html method to verify my domain. I've uploaded the html file and it's showing up fine in browser but when I come back to zoho, click on verify button, it just keeps sending me to the help page instead of verification. Please help! Losing Image in Zoho and in Gmail?
Any ideas as to why we might be losing our image in our signature from time to time in the Zoho mail and Gmail?
Contact not showing on Android
I am running Android 4.4.4 on my Moto X. Whenever I start to type a name in the To line of an email it opens multiple address lines and I get <undefined. Is there something I'm supposed to do so my contacts automatically fill/display? I am not using any other Zoho products and my contact list is stored on my phone app exDialer. Thanks!
Intermittent Failures in Email Forwarding
I have set up forwarding on my Zoho email account to my personal gmail address. When I first set it up everything seemed to work. (Well it had about a 5 minute delay before the emails would show up). However recently I started noticing that emails are no longer forwarding. A few days ago I noticed that some emails were not getting through, and now no emails are getting through. What can I do to troubleshoot this? Any advice? Jack
Zoho mail takes hours to forward
Hi, We've set up mail forwarding for some of our accounts, but we've noticed that it sometimes takes a few hours for emails to forward. Is there any way to expedite the forwarding process to just a few minutes? Is there a hidden option in the control panel for this? Thanks.
Multiple domain replies from outlook using a single zoho account.
I have recently setup POP3 account with MS Outlook as client. I have multiple verified domains setup with ZOHO for receiving emails. I am using outlook to receive all the emails and for sending the replies. While replying for each of those domains, I would like to setup the appropriate "From" section of the outlook separately for different domain. When I manually put "From" email in the outlook for replies, the mail doesn't get delivered. Please advise. I am the only person in my company for my

ZOHO email integration with personal mailbox
When our ZOHO CRM email accounts download mail off our server the downloaded emails are no longer "unread mail" in our personal email accounts. Can this be changed? It is a significant problem. Dave

And I can not verify the email address because NONE are being sent and is not allowing me to change the Sent From to another or my primary email address... even know it incorrect in all other sections of ZOHO.

Hi, I cannot verify. When i go to my domain it reverts me to zoho and then fails verification. I've waited a couple hours after adding the subdomain and the cname. I've triple checked it. Is it normal for my browser to suddenly point to zoho? I'm not sure what to do next.

Issue with mobile sync
Hello all, There appears to be an issue with mobile sync (msync.zoho.com) in particular on the iPhone, where mail is not being downloaded. At least not all. All settings have been correctly checked and verified including mail days to sync, push to folders and accounts enabled for mobile sync. Internal email addresses - those emails are still going to gmail. My MX records have been changed and verified. I can send and receive emails from outside the company but when I test and send to another person inside the company - it is going to Google mail and not Zoho. HELP!

I'm trying to write a php script to send mail using the zoho service. I can send mail fine using an email client (Thunderbird), but when I attempt to run the script I get an error 553 message.

Hello everybody, I'm mainly using Zoho mail on a computer (free plan) I tried to set up on my Android cell phone and did the big mistake to use the famous K9 client. As a result, I can't receive messages anymore. I assume the limit of 20 IMAP connections is outdated . suppressing the main email account and displaying the aliases
I prefer to email through my aliases rather than the main account name. Is there a way to suppress the main account's email address in the From field dropdown and only display the aliases when composing a new email? for example, if i have Mark_Porter@email.com as the main account and i have two aliases: MPorter@email.com and Mark@email.com . I never use Mark_Porter and would like to suppress it. That way, i never choose it by mistake. Thanks!
