setting up mail hosting and MX modification (bluehost)
Though the Zoho instructions are pretty clear, I am not sure of all these steps. I am setting up mail hosting thru zoho at my domain hosted by bluehost (CPanel). I already have several email forwards using the domain. I'm confused because in the Email options in Cpanel, I can find the MX Entry but the explanation says "An MX (mail exchanger) entry tells a client which server receives mail sent to a domain name." I'm not clear what happens with MX modification. Is that going to change ALL the email
If I delete my Zoho account, can I get the same email name back?

I have tried to sync a number of ways using the msync.zoho.com address and doing a "corporate sync" account setup (aka activesync). This completes normally but it will only sync my email. doing a regular email account and configuring the imap/smtp settings - and of course, this only does the email as well. using the msync.zoho.com with k-9 mail app. It only syncs mail. using Touchdown, configuring it using the msync.zoho.com address, i have selected activesync, exchange 2003 and exchange2007.

For two days I have not received any messages from a friend who sends me text messages from his phone. He receives my messages, but when he replies, his messages are not getting to me. His email address was showing up as xxxxxxxxxx@messaging.sprintpcs.com before. Any ideas? I'd appreciate any help resolving this matter.

IMAP Error
I keep getting this popup of an IMAP error. Everytime Outlook does a send and receive. We are a new customer of Zoho I've tried to call the support number and everytime is says leave a message. Is it possible to talk to someone on the phone about this error and other issues we are having with Zoho mail and Outlook?
Zoho mail only syncs one way on iPhone
Hello, I recently changed my Zoho mail setup on my iPhone from IMAP to Activesync. I receive new message on my phone just fine. But if I delete a message on the zoho mail website, it will not delete on my phone. If I delete a message on my phone, it will remove it on the website. It appears the sync only going in one direction. Is this a known issue? I have tried deleting the account on my iPhone and setting it up again, but I still have the same sync issue. Have I missed something in the setup

Can't reply or forward using pop/smtp client
I have set up Zoho to use POP/SMTP on my email client (Pegasus Mail). Sending and receiving is working fine. However, when I try to reply or forward an email, I get an error message that says I don't have an SMTP profile set up. The profile is set up and is working fine for sending and receiving. My guess is that when I try to reply or forward email, the request is being refused by the server. Any ideas to solve this?
How to manage templates in Zoho mail?
Is there any way to manage templates? I am going to need about 100 templates, and scrolling down the list without an option to sort by subject line is pain in the neck. To sum up: 1.It appears that the templates can be only sorted by date (edit date). 2.Also, I cannot create subfolders for templates. 3.Finally there is no option to add tags. Folder access with Thunderbird & IMAP
Hi: Using the browser interface I can create/delete folders to organize my email. However, when I use Thunderbird with IMAP access I only see the messages under INBOX. No access to the folders I created using the browser. I selected those folders for sync (View in IMAP) but I cannot see them using Thunderbird.

DNS settings
I just started with ZOHO-mail. My domainname has about 50 e-mail users. Just a few of them I want to use ZOHO-mail to check how this is working. So I have MX-records in my DNS pointing to smtp1.myprovider prio 10 and smtp2.myprovider prio20 These MX-records I do need. Is it possible to make extra MX records: mx.zohomail.com prio10 ? Or is this impossible?

Incoming mail- linking to additional contacts
I would like to reassign or add addtional contacts to link to incoming mail. We use MYFAX for incoming faxes and this shows the sender as MYFAX. I have created a contact MYFAX which has all of the documents associated with it. What I would like to be able to do is either redirect to the proper account or add the proper account to the email. I used Goldmine several years ago and they had this feature. It was quite helpful.

Zoho Mail slow to load since a few days ago

Emails from someone who is in my address book are being sent straight to spam folder, even when they are replies to messages I have sent. I marked one of them as Not Spam, but the next message STILL went straight to Spam folder.
