Zoho Mail - location of servers
Hi, I'm considering zoho mail against gmail for bussiness, one of the details I need to know is where your servers are located I mean do you use regional server to avoid high latency?
Send to multiple email adresses not seperated by colon/ semi-colon
Hi, If multiple email adresses is used these must be seperated by colon or semi-colon, otherwise Zoho Mail will not send them. In other email programs these colons/ semicolons are automatically added in case the user is not doing it. That is very convinient in case you copy/paste a list of email adresses from excel or other sourcess. Currently in Zoho Mail the semicolons are not added automatically. Imagine having an address list of 100 email adresses and then having to add semicolons/ colons manually
how to trash 2522 messages at once?
I want to trash all the messages in my inbox. There are 2522 messages. Putting them in the trash 50 messages at a time is a pain. Can I more all these messages to the trash with one command? Thanks roobaby2

Message Tabs Not Showing
I mainly use Chrome and when opening a message the tab is partially hidden by the top bar making it impossible to close it. I occasionally use Firefox which does not have the problem. There were posts some time ago about this and the last I recall stated the problem had been fixed in an update but it appears not. Previously I could get round this by toggling the chat button at the bottom of the left panel but this no longer does the job. It is not a major problem but an annoying one. Is there
E-mail doesn´t work
Hi, when we open this morning zoho mail this error appears on screen "security certified not valid for this server, change input port for 110 and try again" we try to change the 995 pop port to 110 and doesn´t work. and when we try to send an e-mail this error appears two: "sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target"

CName added but it is not resolving
Hi there, In setting up mail for a client using your service I have hit a dead end. I updated my DNS settings so that the CNAME is pointing to yourselves but nothing seems to be resolving from your end. We have sent emails out to old clients and many have changed email addresses the account has been blocked because of the ones that bounce back, Could it please be unblocked and how do we avoid this in the future we have hundreds of email addresses and without sending them out have no idea which are current. I submitted an emergency request yesterday and have not heard from you yet. For the last 36 hours no email has arrived in my Zoho inbox and all mail sent to me gets returned with an error. Hi, I am a new customer to zoho. i am managing two accounts. One of the accounts exceeded the mail quota after migration. We purchased extra storage. It then proceeded to be blocked. We will be having important customer email through. Email sent from IPhone IMAP doesn't sync to zoho.com sent folder???
I am really confused...PLEASE HELP! My domain email is all setup in zoho & send/receives just fine on zoho.com. I set it up on my IPhone using IMAP & it receives just fine. It sends mail out as my domain name email fine too, but sent mail doesn't show up anywhere on my IPhone sent folder nor does it show up on zoho.com sent folder. I need to be able to have copy of the sent message on my phone & on zoho.com. What am I doing wrong? I have tried everything, Please help me figure this out! Thank You!!!!!

Still no increase in attachment size past 10MB?
I don't see any update on this and it's still at 10MB. Everything about the Zoho mail suite is great...except this one thing, which is sadly, a deal breaker. For the same price, we are looking at RackSpace which offers 50MB attachments (but a lesser calendar function and not the great, well-thought other apps like Zoho does). But, bottom line is: we need to send larger files as a major part of our business. Any word on this?
lost access to my main Zoho account

iPhone IMAP (or POP) setup. Not receiving mail at all...
Hello I have recently signed up for zoho mail and have not been able to find a solution to my problem in the forums or any help documents. I am using the iphone 3gs native mail client. I eventually managed to create the account and IMAP is enabled in my zoho settings area, however when I try to access mail on my iphone, the status cycles through: Updated Date & Time -> Connecting -> Checking Mail -> Downloading 1 of 4 (progress bar does not progress) -> and then cycles back to Updated Date & Time

POP3 settings on Zoho

Consolidated view of emails in Zoho Mail
I have 4 accounts that I receive emails from. Is there a way I can get a consolidated view of all email accounts together, like I had in outlook? Or do I always have to toggle between accounts? I sometimes forget to check my secondary accounts because those emails don't land in my all messages in box. Thanks BCB
SMTP Error - urgent!

Compose eMail - previously used names
On my copy of ZOHO when I type in the opening characters of a name/email address in the 'To' section choices come up based on what I have used before. This makes filling in correct email addresses faster and more accurate. ZOHO has been installed on a colleague's pc but this feature does not work - she has to type in email addresses in full. It is not the Contact area because none of the email addresses I normally use are in Contacts and the same applies to my colleague. There must be a setting somewhere

Hi, From your help pages, it is not clear, how my gmail account can be added to zoho mail so that I can see all mails in my gmail inbox from within Zoho. This is what I wan to set up: all the mails that comes to my gmail account needs to be transferred to Zoho, so that I can respond to all mails from Zoho. Hi there, After importing my email from my previous account to my Zoho account, I've terminated my previous account. Later I realized that I forgot to import my contacts. mail not going to trash after downloading
My mail is not being automatically deleted (sent to trash) after downloading with pop client? When I log onto my mailbox all the mail I have downloaded is still in the inbox and needs to be deleted manually, is this normal for 'pop'. Any suggestions would be helpful, thank you. T..
