Zoho Mail Add on not working
Hello, Since yesterday Zoho mail add-on is not working for all users. I have tried to reconfigure the mails but I am always getting a message. "Please check if the server name and port address is correct". The same server name and port address were working fine till yesterday. Please help us in solving this issue. Thanks
My Client is receiving blocked email error code
Hello, My client is receiving a blocked email error message when trying to send email to someone else inside her own domain. Please advise as to what the problem is. I can't log in to the forums with her account, your voicemail support system doesn't work and 24 hours to wait for a reply is ridiculous on the email support forum. I can't offer services to my client like this when they continue to break, support is limited and their is no real phone support available. Getting really frustrated

using a permanent e-mail from my university as outgoing address
My current account is configured as username@zoho.com, but I would like recipiants of my messages only to see the permanent forwarding email address that my university has given alumni. Is it possible to change it to myusername@alum.wellesley.edu? I tried going to SETTINGS, then ADD FROM ADDRESS but I think you have to own the domain in order to use the from address. Any ideas?

External Konto with IMAP
Hello, I would like to link to my zoho mail account an estern email account with IMAP. Here are the access: Server : imap.provider.de / Port 143 Server SSL : imap.provider.de / port 993 It is working with POP but not with IMAP (Error : Zoho Mail can only use the port: 110, 995). Hi there, At the moment my default email account is myusername@mydomain.com. I would like to change that to myusername@zoho.com. The only problem is I can't find the option to set my zoho mail account is my default account and I can't remove the default from myusername@mydomain.com without appointing another email account as the default. Imported gMail Contacts with Apostrophe causes problem
I imported my gMail contact list to Zoho. Everything came in fine except for names that contained an apostrophe. These seemed to import since I can see them if I export the contacts to a .csv file. However I can't see them in Zoho and when I go to contacts the "Loading" popup never goes away. I'm a new user so deleted all my contacts would be OK for me, but I can't even do that with these entries that I can't see... but, when I delete everything it still shows (2) as the number of contacts even

Cant set up mail hosting (names.co.uk)
As per the title, I've successfully verified my domain name but can't seem to configure my DNS on my names.co.uk properly to sort mail hosting. I have added both of the MX records with the host name as my domain name (jamesandrewknight.co.uk) and have set up two users (info and admin@ that domain name). But every test email I send comes back as unsent. Can anyone help me? Sorry, I'm a total noob :s

I have my domain from names.co.uk and can't seem to get the MX working - what should I be using as my hostname? Should it be my domain name, or the mail account name that I created in zohomail? Really stuck and this is currently all that's stopping me from properly using this great email.

Hi I have configured external POP account in my mail. Everything is OK, I can see messages in my browser. However when I connect with IMAP client I can only see messages from my zoho account.

Hello: I´m trying to add a domain. When I submit my domain name Zoho pops an sign saying: "the domain name allready exist.". I´m not sure, but a few months ago I added a domain and I erased later. IMAP / Delayed Notification of New Mail
I have seen similar problems reported several times on these forums, but the problem still seems to persist. I am accessing my Zoho account through IMAP (specifically using Mutt and Thunderbird), and have noticed that, when a mail is sent to my account (from a different account), it will take a long time for my mail client to be notificed (even when refreshing the client and/or logging in and out from Zoho (in the client). I add a new user in Zoho E-mail Suite from Control Panel. And I'm doing application access settings for user. For example: I don't choose 'Docs or CRM or Creator vs vs vs'. But I don't understand, When a user enters their E-mail Suite own account, why user see other applications by Zoho in Zoho Apps Button or Shortcuts Button at the top ? Select multiple emails on iPad mobile site
Why is it when I view my emails on my iPhone, I can check multiple emails and delete them at once. However, when I view emails from my iPad, there is no way to select multiple messages. I have to delete them one at a time. How long until check boxes appear next to each message on an iPad?

Netvibes widget: has anyone tried this with success?
I tried this morning, and failed repeatedly, to define a pop3 widget to display Zoho mail as a widget on my Netvibes start page. I tried both secure and unsecure ports, providing the server name as pop.zoho.com. For what it's worth, the browser I was using at the time was Webkit on my MacBook Pro. I think, however, this should have had no effect. By comparison, I have been able to define widgets for several other mail services, including that of my own ISP. Is it, perhaps, that Zoho does not support

We are ready to test Zoho Business/Mail with one of our domains but we can't find any information about how to configure the SPF records for our domain. Without setting the SPF properly we know there were problems delivering mail to some of our customers from our old e-mail host provider. How should we configure SPF for Zoho's smtp servers?

Need additional email for family's personal use
Like so many others I am jumping off of the Google ship. I am in the process of moving my domain's email to you, which is not hosted by Google, and would like to establish additional personal email accounts - one for my wife and another for my family. Is there a way to establish additional Zoho.com accounts under my account without establishing a new account for every user? I would rather not establish the personal accounts on my domain but would love to administer all users from the same account.
Unable to set up IMAP account in Entourage or Apple Mail on 2nd Zoho account
Hi, I signed up for a free zoho email ID a few weeks back to use for a particular project. I liked it so I signed up for a 2nd email ID to use for a completely different project - as I like to keep my accounts separate. Address Book
I've imported contacts from Outlook into my contacts folder in Zoho Mail. However, when I compose an email and click on "Address Book", my contacts are listed by email instead of name. This makes it difficult to search for if I don't know what their email address is. Is there a way to have my contacts listed (and searchable) in the Address Book by name rather than email address?

I'm running several of my domains through the zoho mail and wanted to know if there is a way to transfer mail folders between mail accounts? I am currently trying to set up a forwarding service for a catch-all address at the domain I connected with Zoho. A little background: I have two domains. One is handled by Google Apps. The other was - until earlier today - when I migrated it to Zoho. My plan is to make [anything]@[domain2.com] forward to [my.main.email]@[domain1.com].
