Default email instructions not working in IE9
I follow the instructions for IE and Chrome and after copying and pasting the info after clicking Default the info shows next to default but the it seems like something is required beyond that because it still does not show up in default programs and I still get a message that default email is not configured properly.
Pop3 ZoHo doens't work with Windows Mobile 6.1
I try to install Pop3 on my Windows Mobile Phone 6.1.(HTC Snap) When I do the settings automatically and manually, I can't receive e-mails from my ZoHo address on my Phone. The only thing I can do is sending e-mails from the Pop3 account. I tried @gmail.com and @inbox.com. No problems occur.
Contacts only load in safe mode in FF on Mac
Hi, using the latest Firefox 4.0.1 on OSX 10.6.7 and the contacts don't load in the right pane, it hangs on "Loading..." (see screenshot). It only works if page is loaded in "safe mode". Tried disabling Adblock Plus and NoScript but no go. On Windows it works fine with the same browser and Adblock Plus and NoScript active. Works with Safari on Mac too but I prefer Firefox. Anyone seeing the same?
Email confirmation
Hello; I am not able to confirm my email address My email address was previously confirmed, but I tried to change/edit my email address (which the option to do is provided); and can now not confirm my email address. After I changed/edited my email address I could not receive the "confirmation link" for the changed/edited email address. Because I could not receive confirmation link I assumed I am not able to change the email address even though the option is provided. So I changed my email address
Can not connect to Zoho mail server
I can not connect to zoho mail server (imap.zoho.com 72.5.230.99, smtp.zoho.com 74.201.154.90) use my BlackBerry 8900 in China. But I can access my mailbox via mail.zoho.com website, so how can I asscess zoho mail server by my BB 8900 in China, need help! Thanks.
Can only get into Zoho mail through Google
Hi, For some reason, when I put in my user name and password I cannot get into Zoho Mail.When I click on the "Access through Google" that appears below the dropdown windows for un and pw, though, I get in. When I want to add an emailaccount for POP there is no screen to add any info under "email accounts" under the settings

Hello, I'have just setup the Zoho mail in my Thunderbird. But ass you can see, the folders spam & templates are always visible in Thunderbird. That is not what i want. In the settings at Zoho i have not selected them for IMAP. So normaly you won't see them also not int Tb. Can you tell me how to change this? Thanks for your answer.

General Issue about Importing Contacts?
The same behaviour as described in posts about importing contacts from gmail (i.e. First and Last Names are added in the First Name field ) is exhibited by Zoho also when storing contacts from mail sent from zoho account itself, see attachment.
Activesync for Android Still Not Working
1. I am unable to sync contacts. I have been through several rounds of deleting and reimporting my contacts using CSV files, the Gmail import function and even importing from vcf files on my phone to the Zoho sync account. Fails to recieve emails
My account, clockwork_mail@twistknotstudios.com will not receive mail! It can send but replies always fail to send and the sender receives an error message! What do I do? It has put things on hold.
all email shows as unread
I have been using gmail and just started using zoho. When I setup up the IMAP it brings all the mail in as being unread....even if I have archived them. What can I do to have it synchronize accurately?
Contacts imported from gmail
I imported my contacts from gmail, and the formatting was lost: Name and Surname were merged in Name. So I'm now editing all of them manually, but there is a problem: after a while (say, 7-8 contacts) the editing is not saved any more. The window says 'Change saved' (or whatever it is, I downloaded the Italian version), but the change is *not* saved. Only way seems delete existing contact and reenter as new. Pop accounts interconnection (no more disappearing tabs when switching accounts)
Hello, everytime I switch between the pop accounts, ale open tabs aside the inbox tab disappear. Sometimes I have many tabs with new messages, zoho writer or sheet documents or so open and I need to check some message at different account. If I click on that account, all tabs are gone and just this account's inbox remains to be seen. Why not to leave the tabs there until I send the message or close them and switch just the first inbox tab? This would really help.. PS: I know I can open another browser
is Zoho slow?
I like very much the simple clear interface of Zoho, and I'd like to take up Zoho Mail as my primary email system, switching from gmail, but I have some questions and/or suggestions: 1) zoho is noticeably slower than gmail, or yahoo; 2) I would like to have the choice of opening an attachment before downloading it; 3) Can I see somewhere the total number of messages in a folder? 4) when using the Archive button, messages all go in the Archive Folders, regardless of the labels. Do you have any suggestions?
'Read timed out' error while migrating PST Outlook mail to Zoho Mail
We are migrating our mail to Zoho over the long weekend. I have followed all the instructions for the Zoho Migration Wizard for our Outlook users but I keep getting the message during the upload portion, "Item Name: Mail", "Error Description: Read timed out". What do I need to do to fix this? There are instructions for dealing with a Time Out problem, but they are no where near detailed enough for me to know what to do. I am supposed to increase a parameter, but there is no clue where to find
Folders and Appearance
Since one week the appearance of zoho mail seems to have changed. I cannot see new email anymore (only by using the desktop icon) and my complete folder hierarchy keeps hidden - even clicking on 'the plus' does not help - I only see the pop up in the middle of the screen saying 'LOADING' Many thx for an answer. Zoho Mail Add-on reaction to change in domain name
Hi, My company is planning a migration of the server and domain name soon (from aaa@bbb.co.in to aaa@bbb.com). We are currently using the Zoho Mail add-on to show emails against Contacts and ROs. When this migration happens, I assume we will need to update our Zoho mail settings to aaa@bbb.com in order to continue to have corporate mail POP-ed over to Zoho. My questions are - 1. IMAP and POP login issues across multiple mail clients
Hi, I am having authentication issues when using either POP or IMAP. I haven't had any issues with either up until now, but I can only access my mail through webmail. Webmail is fine however. There don't seem to be reports of any known issues or downtime and have not made any changes to my account, so this seems to be a server side issue Thanks, Lawrence

Hi guys, I am playing with ZOHO Mail and I like it a lot. However I would like to set my custom email i.e. marcin@example.com for the compose email FROM as a default one instead of marcin@zoho.com one. Getting Authentication Failure
I am having trouble accessing all my emails for the past one week, I contact my domain host and check my server and everything seem to be working fine from their end. I submitted a support ticket to zoho about three days ago, I was asked to email a screen-shot of my issues and all my email account, which I already did and I am yet to get a response or any helping in fixing the issue. Changing application for scanning
Hi, I have just recently changed to Zoho Mail from using Microsoft Outlook. I use to be able to scan and send documents through Outlook quite successfully but now I realise I need to change the application for the scanner to know what application to use. However, in reassigning from Outlook to Zoho, the setup requests I provide an "Application Location" and prompts me to look for a specific folder location. Can you assist me urgently please ?
So Freakin Lost!!
I'm not sure what I signed up for. I though I signed up for the free version of mail and it looks like all I can do is send email from my domain not receive mail. Does anybody know if theres an account page that tells you what services you are currently signed up with and what they include? I thought if you sign up for free you get the limited version of all the products in the suite...looks like Zoho products are all stand alone. I'm not tech savvy so perhaps I'm just missing something.

I love Zoho and since I startup a lot of new ventures I'm getting in the habit of using your system. The challenge I have, which may not be shared by many people, is that I have many email addresses for each domain I'm working with, and I'm working with 3-5 domains at a time. Move messages to Sent
I just deleted some messages from Sent to Trash, but when I want to put them back to Sent it`s not possible Webmail just show Red X on drag`n`drop, and in move to is only inbox/spam/trash and on thunderbird is UID copy failed... Any workaround?
complete tasks list need to be visible
In the task list on my desktop of zoho business account it's neccessary to see all tasks of all groups and projects I am involved in, instead of only the ones assigned to my personal categories. The way it is working now, I only dispose of an incomplete lists of my tasks, which makes working with zoho quite complicated. I'm a new user, and was wanting a second email for myself. But when trying to create a mail alias, I keep getting the "Error While Processing" message. Unable to see contacts that doesn´t have an email
I have a lot of contacts that doesn´t have email, only their phone numbers. Every time I try to open one of them an error message rises... What to do?
Groups as sets, please?
Maybe I am just looking at the wrong place, but I can't find the following very useful functionality. If groups were sets, I could assign people to multiple groups, and send a mail to e.g. all the women in oregon, where 'women' and 'oregon' are groups, and my mail would go to the intersection. Error while retrieving messages with Outlook.
