Minor Update and Bug Fix notification
Since Zoho Mail is in Beta and changing rapidly with bug fixes and minor updates, would it be possible for you to post the minor updates and beta fixes similar to how Zoho Sheet does? spam filter just not working at all
I'm constantly getting spam from previously marked 'spam' emails. They are the same cedentials and IP but for some reason are not getting routed to the spam folder instead of my inbox. When I see an email that is spam I click the spam icon, but it seems to have no effect. Any advice please????

Missing notes in the contacts cards
SInce I am using Zoho Mail I have imported all my contacts list but usually I not only store the phone numbers o address, I store the bank accounts numbers or the tax codes for example, where do you suggest storing them? Thanks and best regards from Lima.
New problem replying to emails
Ok so this morning, I have a new problem with Zoho Mail that had not been an issue until now. Now I can't write any email or reply to any email. As soon as I try, the box pops up where I would of course write my message, but no cursor ever appears in the box, and if I try typing, nothing appears. It's as though somewhere in the popping up of the box, it crashed. Yes, I use OPERA, and I know the standard response "Please use Internet Explorer or Firefox," but I've been using Opera and it was working.
missing email application (icon)
I managed to get email working well (with some patience) except for the "super administrator". Email works on Zoho Mail, but the application icon won't display on the business desktop under "Apps". This is only for the "Super Administrator". Two other users have the "Mail" icon displayed under "Apps". Any ideas?
Can't connect to server
Unable to connect SMTP server:mail.opstory.com Reason:connect timed out I just set up my POP Zoho mail this morning and, even though it takes a really long time, I can receive emails but I can't send emails. I have gotten the above message for every single attempt I've made even when I tried changes settings and adjusting time out connection times. I reas some of the other posts and none of those responses seem to apply to me. I have my other email acct set as the default already. Thanks.
Moving more than one email at a time
to a folder or delete. I have tried using ctrl to select them and also the box at the top of the list. A couple of them that I opened and tried to move to a folder, they stayed in the inbox with the name of the folder I wanted them to go in in the column next to the date. Fonts and colors
Hello, I just have a simple form, with simple data. No calculations or deluge scripting, just some questions from which I like to collect the entered data. That's all working. The form I created however doesn't fit to the look of my website. It's just white and looks plain. The space between the questions are also too big und irreguarly. Group messages from different accounts together
Hi I am successfully pulling emails from 2 different POP3 accounts so I currently have 3 accounts setup including my ZOHO account. Rather than have them displayed in their respective account "containers" I would like all messages grouped together irrespective of where they came from. For instance: If I selected the "Unread" view I would see all unread messages and not just those of the currently selected email account. If I selected the "All Mail" view I would see all mail irrespective of the account
Great Service
I'm continually impressed by how well the Zoho team works to solve user problems. I'd complained that my email was not forwarding to another account, and this morning I started getting emails to my other account that i found out was the Zoho staff working hard for ONE user--me. As a results, forwarding is now working. These guys are the greatest! --Rich
Merge emails from a Zoho Mail Account and a POP Mail Account
I'm working to transition my email service from Google mail to Zoho mail. I've successfully setup the POP mail account to pull-in all of my old email from GMail. I've also setup the default Zoho mail account to now send email using my company email address. Before I change my MX server to the Zoho settings I'd like to merge together my emails from the POP setting with the Zoho email folders. Can this be done or will I have to continue to go into the POP mailbox for historic emails after I transition
Cname or HTML?
I'm a little confuse on the validating the domain. How do I create the new HTML file or download/upload it for that matter? I tried validating it by using the instruction for Cname but it kicked back an error stating that it failed and to check that the "point to" is incorrect. I've done this a couple of times and it is still giving me the same error. A little help please.

Hi: I have just validated my company domain. I am now trying to set up email addresses. How do I do it? I read about changing MX Address at my ISP but I am unable to find it now. Can you send me those details. To my Zoho account, I have added an Alias. However, when I go to my Zoho mail account the from address is xxx@zoho.com. Unable to create new mail account
I'm trying to setup a mail account using my own domain. I'm using the same connection settngs as from my local thunderbird account settings which workd fine. However, when I submit the settings page in zoho, it shows 'Creating account ...' then showns 'Temporary problem, please try again later' I've tried 3 times in the last 2 days. Looks like there's a problem somewhere. Can someone give me a clue?? TIA.
Adding New e-Mail Address
I'm trying to add a new e-mail address and make it my default. From Zoho Mail, I went to "My Account" and then "My Email IDs" and setup a new e-mail address. I received the confirmation e-mail (the second time) and clicked on the link in it. Now that e-mail address shows on that screen that it is my "Primary Mail ID." But it doesn't show up in "Compose" in Zoho Mail. So from Zoho Mail, I went to "Settings" and "Add another email address." I completed it and got the dialog box for the confirmation
Zoho Email - Special characters in password does not work
I finally figured it out why my POP email account was not working in Zoho Mail. All our pop accounts have at least two special characters: % or # in them (for security reason we use special characters in all our email passwords). Since Zoho Mail does not seem to save login credentials that have special characters, we are forced to use just letters and numbers for our email passwords if we want to use your service. Please allow special characters in password. Also, mail+domain.com (+) as username
Zoho and issue tracking
I've been a zoho user for 6 months or so, and find it really difficult to track issues that I or others have raised and determine how they stand on your priorities list. Can you make your issue tracking system open to the public? If you don't use JIRA, I strongly recommend it. It is a great system and really helps your users communicate with you.
add new users to groups
When I add a new user to my organization, I would like to be able to add him to one or more groups. Right now, it appears that I have to invite him, then wait for him to log in to zoho. only after he has logged in can I add him to a group. That is really inconvenient.
disable enter button in Form
Hello is it possible to disable the enter button in a Form so when a person is entering data and is only partly done but hits the enter button on there key board by mistake which submits the Form I only want them to be able to submit the form with the buttons below the Form not the enter button on the keyboard how would I go about doing this.Thanks in advance

There should be some facility to automatically attach a file that I have uploaded in Zoho Docs. This would prefer ease of attachments for repeat files like resumes etc. :)

Upload old PST files from Outlook to ZMail?
Is it possible to migrate old emails from my .pst files in Outlook and get them into Zoho Mail? It would be nice to have at least the last 2 months worth of client emails all in one place because I refer to them quite a lot. I currenly am on a 6000 user corporate MS exchange that I have no control over so it would have to be done from the client side.

When setting up my accounts this evening at one point I saw the ability to forward e-mail at the user level. I now do not see this option anymore no matter where I look. How do I set up a user's e-mail to forward? Thanks!
When replying ... do so from the same address as in TO
Hello: Is there a way to get zoho mail to make it so when I hit reply the From (send from) is the same as the TO on the email I'm replying to? I forward mail from different accounts to one and then zoho mail gets that one address via pop. I've setup "send as" email ids for those accounts that are forwarded but if i hit reply it always forces the pop account to be the From. I'd like it to default to where the email was sent to originally (in the from). It won't even let me manually change the from.

My Zoho screen self-refreshes every 10 to 20 seconds, this despite a download frequency setting of 20 minutes. It is extremely disruptive. It happens on multiple machines. Zoho auto-imported a number of existing settings. How do I fix the refresh-rate issue? Syntagm
