Feature Request - Photo Library
Can you please add the ability to have a private and public photo library to be able to share photos with an Organization?
Writer, Sheet, and Show intergration within VO service?
Is there any roadmap to add Writer, Planner, and Sheet as hosted services offerings to integrate into VO service?
Question about Document management
When I download a document that has been uploaded into the VO document management section the name of the document changes. For example my original uploaded document was named "Demo Call In Numbers.doc" and when I download it from the document management the name is "Demo+Call+In+Numbers.doc". Is this a known issue? Also please note that when looking at the "documents" section, the file is displayed as "Demo Call In Numbers.doc� The "+" seem to be added when the document is downloaded. Thanks
Service Redundancy?
I am evaluating offering VO to my customers and I have a question on redundancy. Are there documented methods available to add a redundant server, or to add additional servers to accommodate user loads? If customers are using VO on a regular basis, I am sure that they would want an SLA that would provide a high availability of the service.
VO 3.2 can't invite outside person into a scheduled event
I am evaluting VO 3.2 with latest Service Pack installed. I have amongst other issues, but more pressing issue is the fact I cannot invite a client into a scheduled meeting using the calander in VO 3.2... I can only invite local members of my organization but no one outside this group. If this is so then this would render the calander on VO non useful for my organization. Is there a possible fix or work around, please note I have already read your forums and have installed the latest service pack

After evaluating several products, I must say your Virtual Office really stands out and we'd love to implement it in our (small) company. VO 3.2 can't invite outside person into a scheduled event
I am trialling the VO 3.2 plus Service Pack, when I create a scheduled event in my calander, the expectation is to also invite clients and or customers to the calander event, I would do this by sending them a email via the VO interface (just like I would do in MS Office 2003). However I am not able to do this, instead it only lets me invite local users to the system with-in the Organization and not external people, not even through my contacts does this interface let me do this... problem with sent folder and spam folder
Even though I set the mail option to save sent emails in the sent folder. Nothing is showing up there. I then tested the spam folder and it had the same problem. When I mark an email as spam, it just disappears, does not go to the spam folder where I can unspam it in case I change my mind. I've sent several test emails and changed around the settings, but the same still happens. Am I just missing something very obvious?
Support for popular instant messengers
Support for popular instant messengers like Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, Skype, etc. We used to talk/conference to partners around the world over these popular instant messaging tools. Would be great if this can be added in not so distant future version. Voice is nice to have but text based is very important.

Installation problem / question
I tried installing on my dedicated server and here is what happened. At this time, I've attemtped to run the AdventNet_Zoho_VirtualOffice_3_Linux.bin with the console swtich, however all that is reported back is: ./AdventNet_Zoho_VirtualOffice_3_Linux.bin -console InstallShield Wizard Initializing InstallShield Wizard... CONTACTS Important
I have just discovered to my great dismay; that contacts are automatically being added to my contact list when I email. I have unchecked the "Automatically add addresses of Sent Mails to Contacts" setting in the settings page. But it still seems to be adding them. This is crazy, I now have a bunch of relatively unknown addresses mixed with my regular contacts! Its a MESS.. This needs to be readdressed! I do not understand why you would have this option at all. But if included it should not be default.

more small issues with email
I have explained before that if you start an email from the top button or from contacts. It sets the TO: line to the first email account you created! What I have just discovered is if you manually change this to another email address. It STILL sends it from the FIRST account that was created. For someone like me who has many emails this can cause confusion and embarrasment.
installation of zoho VO and CRM
Is it possible to install both Zoho Virtual Office and Zoho CRM on the same system and run both at the same time? If so, are there detailed instructions available on how to do this? The system in question is a 3GHz Win 2000 box with 1GB Ram, so has enough horsepower, but am having difficulty getting both installed. Thanks, Tony

The body of the message should contain additional info: 1. Group name which discussion relates to (if applicable) and direct url 2. Discussion name and direct link "Go to discussion" 3. URL "Go to post" 4. Body of the post itself would also make it more efficient for the user whether to ignore or respond to the post by doing #2 or #3 above
Going Offline with ZO
We are going off-line testing with ZO until a major fix is coming or we see in the discussions where Zoho has addressed the main issues they should have been working on. Zoho should be concentrating on what they already have in place and not keep adding New features. To many built-in features still are not working. We have been testing VO for over a year now. We have over 200 users and 115 Different companies on our testing site and all are experiencing what we all are. Until we see Zoho really concentrate
Zoho CRM: Converting contacts back to leads
We've wrongly uploaded a number of our leads as contacts and I was wondering if there's a shortcut to downgrading a contact back to a lead. The option is deleting everything and re-uploading as a lead, something I'd rather avoid. Any help greatly appreciated.

My company is convinced that we will buy a license of Virtual Office. However, we've like a couple of features to be added before doing so. 1. Search function through Group discussions. 2. Some kind of a link betweek Personal Email and Group Discussion to redirect emails with matching subject line to a particular Group discussion. This could be possible through a Filter. 3. Sharing and not moving contacts to Groups.

When logging on via email invitation to VO, I am directed to an unrelated web site and not to VO as expected. I can logon to VO from the server m/c.
"Text only" or "Smaller small icons" opt
For about four days, we've got over 30 Groups now. We've consider a group as one project. Jumping from Group to Group via Desktop is quite slow and using the slide bar is even more time consuming. Would be great if there will be an option like "Text only" or "Smaller small icons" for the slide bar. "Small icons" option can only accomodate 9 Groups plus Announcement and Desktop items. And probably provide a page by page jump if there will be too many instead of one item at a time. Would be also great

email from contacts issue
I notice then if you are in contacts, select a contact, then click the Mail Contact button, it starts a new mail. But the FROM account is set to the first mail account created. NOT the mail account that is set to default. It should use the user selected default email account.
Problems with WebDAV folder
I am having trouble using the WebDAV folder feature of Zoho VO. I am accessing my WebDAV folder using: http://<server name>:<port>/webfs/files/<Organization Name>/<username> (I configured a different port from the default install) When trying to log in to my Folder, the contents of the folder wont display. REplying to Emails
When I reply to a message, and a new window pops up, why would I want my cursor to be in the To: box??? Since I hit REPLY I already have an addressee. I would want my cursor to be in the text of the email, so that when I start typing like mad it goes in the body of the email, NOT in the To: box! Also when I hit CTRL+ENTER it should send my email and that doesn't work! Please consider these features in the next update Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!
