IMAP Sent Items problem
Hi, i have problem in using VO with my IMAP server. Eveyrhing works fine except when i reply to email no copy is saved in Sent Items folder. They do not appear neither on server nor locally. It also apparently impossible to map a remote folder to become special folder in VO such as sent items, trash etc. Am i misconfigured something or it is a known issue? Best regards, Igor.

Document types questions and ActiveSync
Hi! I just downloaded and installed VO, so far so good. I definitely like what I'm seeing. Question #1 I was attempting to create a spreadsheet, but that doesn't seem possible with VO at this time. I found Zoho Sheet, so my basic need is filled there. I am wondering if spreadsheet capabilities will be in VO in a future version. Question #2 I have a Windows Mobile 5.0 PDA and have to use ActiveSync to get my documents, appointments, contacts, and tasks back and forth from my PC to my PDA. Do you have
internal web based access
chaps I know i keep asking, but i dont want you to forget about this feature. I think quite a few people who have VO deployed in a work environment would love this feature. To have the ability to use VO as a gateway to access internal network web based systems from outside the corporate network would really make my ability to shout VO's praises even more :-) and id also be able to log onto my servicedesk server when im out of the office along with several other web based systems. I initially looked at this product from a personal point of view (and still hope to use it when Zoho launch their hosting service). Document management KEY Feature MISSING
The Document module in VO is getting better and I hope it will mature soon in a more stable behaviour, ie.: - rename working properly (many times it doesn�t) - improved versioning procedure - management of nearly every file (.txt, jpg, html... not working very well either... ) I Know you are solving all this shortcomings, BUT there is at least an important missing feature: Document Description! A simple, searchable Description field attched to every document, would position VO as a killer document
Side Menu Missing
I can't get the side menu to open all it says is persional what can I do to fix that?
Deleting Shared Folder
I have a Personal Shared folder. (empty, and only I am the only person on the user list) How do I delete it ? Trying to do so I just get messages stating that The document is shared. You cannot delete it.
Personal Calendar events showing up elsewhere?
Hey Folks, When someone creates an event on their personal calendar, it shows up as private on the group calendars. Is this by design or is it something i can change? We would like to keep personal calendar's away from groups. There by using the group calendar for group meetings etc.
Creating user accounts
I create user accounts and it sends an email to the new user with the URL, username and password BUT the URL cannot be found. Please help as I am getting frustrated. Thanks, Sam
Adding many files at once
I can't see how to upload a complete folder of files to VO - I know I can add several files at once, but not a folder. Anyone know of a clever way to do this -- maybe putting them duirectly onto the server folder structure (is that possible?) thanks
Problems running VO on non-server PC
I have installed VO on PC at home and works great! I can't access my emails from any other machine other than the home (which has the VO software installed) How do I make it portable?
Zoho reverted to port 8080 after reboot
Hello folks, Not sure why zoho did this, but after restarting the server to fix a time problem, zoho reverted to default port 8080 when i had it set up for port 80. Temporarily i fixed this by putting a iptables rule to redirect port 80 to 8080 but this isn't the answer. How can i change it back to force it to use port 80? Thanks!
wap interface - using e-mail
Wap interface is a great idea, btw. Got a suggestion that would make it even better. I read an e-mail via the wap interface yesterday. I wanted to forward it to someone else, however, there is no option (that I could find) that allows for forwarding (or replying to) an e-mail when you are viewing in voa the wap interface. This would be a very important and useful feature(s) to implement in subsequent versions of the wap interface. Steve

Linux Startup?
Is there a way to startup VO at bootup with Linux? I've tried several scripts etc, but I keep getting an error that it can't find ./setcommonenv.sh from the run.sh script. When I start the run.sh script manually (./run.sh) it works just fine. I've also tried running it in the background under the root login, but once I logout of root it kills the script. Otherwise, I have to leave a console root login with the ./run.sh running. Just a little pain to keep it running. If there could be an xinetd startup/shutdown
Zoho allows open registration - How to restrict?
Hello folks, Installed Zoho VO and i'm really digging it. As the sys admin for my company, we've been looking for a solution just like yours which doesn't require it's own mail daemon but uses an existing mail server. Only thing which is a problem that i can see is on the initial login page it allows for anyone to register. How can i eliminate this? As the administrator, i should be the one creating accounts and setting permissions etc. We certainly don't want any Tom, Dick or Harry out there making
Bug report - repeating appointments
When I add an appointment to my personal calendar and I repeat this weekly till a certain date, it is added to my personal calendar but not to my group calendars. All calendars and appointment are public. Dick
Error Contacts
Something is going wrong to my database. I go to Contacts, I select a group and All contacts and VO says it is loading, for 30 minutes now, but there are only a few in de DB. Any suggestions? Dick

After adding a appointment, this appointment isn't visable. Please do a refresh of the cuurent calendar screen in the program. Dick

Will there be any Opera support down the road now that they are competing with Firefox/Mozilla/Netscape and IE? I've always liked Opera since it's early days, but the fact that you had to pay for the browser made it harder to become my standard browser with each upgrade.
Synchronization with Outlook Calendar
Hi, if I get it right, several people are looking for a synchronization tool for VO with outlook. OK, I am locking for this as well. I found a small macro for to export the outlook calendar into a ics file. This macro works perfectly with the google calendar. Unfortunatelly, not with VO, even VO says that the file was imported successfully (but nothing was imported!). So guys, maybe somebody can fix this problem so that we have such a tool available? Can I Export SENT EMAILS ???
Hi.... I have been testing ZOHO for some time, but there are some issues I haven�t been able to solve. Right now we are going back to "normal operation" (No ZOHO) until we can find a web hosting service willing to help us install ZOHO (no one wants to grant us root access in order to install or solve problems)... Now.. while testing, we used POP mail, because IMAP was not working correctly... Now we are going back to Thunderbird, but I need to transfer all the SENT emails I have in ZOHO accounts,
E-mail problem
Sometimes when I click on the e-mail icon on the left hand list it switches to the e-mail page but sometimes it does not show a list of my folders, sometimes it shows the folders but not the contents. I have to switch back to the desktop and retry it a few times. When it happens it does say error on page down on the bottom of the browser window (under where setting tab is). I'm using 3.2, build 3201

Looking at sent items
So, I sent an e-mail with multiple addresses in the to and cc fields. Attached the files I wanted to send, and sent the e-mail. All is fine. Then I did not remember if I had included a specific e-mail address so I went to sent items, found the e-mail, opened it and......... I don't see the recipient addresses anywhere? Am I missing something or do the sent to and cc addresses not get shown when you open a sent item? Either I'm missing something or this feature needs to be added. (I did find a way

Is there a reason why the address book does not display in alphbetical order? What I did was Import my old address book if that has any effect on it. Thanks!
How to speed up server launch?
I'm enjoying Zoho Virtual Office, but on my machine (P3 850MHz 512K RAM), the server takes a veeeeery long time to launch. Afterward, the responsiveness of the program itself is acceptable, although not fast. Are there things I can do, short of buying a new machine or upgrading it (already maxed out on RAM and CPU - it's a laptop) to improve launch time and general performance? I'm running just one user and just one mail connection. Thanks.

When I try and access my web folder I get an error that says the files may have been moved or deleted, have attached screen shot, can get into the domain but not the user folder?
wap and ssl
hi there chaps i wonder if you could advise me on this one...... Ive got a test VO box running normal http on port 8080 and i can connect to it via wap on a mobile phone no problems. I have my live VO server running ssl on port 443 and i cant connect to it via any mobile phone, but can connect to it via PDA's using a network. Is there a known issue with ssl and wap???? cheers
More performance questions..
I have 3 users set up and only 1 using IMAP email. (their mailbox has 1 email in it) The box is hammered again. 1 gig memory - pentium 4. Is this normal for this product to take this much cpu? I can barley login.. memeber cannot change category in group task
As a administrator, I have setup some categories for group tasks. Howerver, users in the group find that when they create a group task, they cannot change the category from the default "general" to other cateory. Meanswhile, I (administrator) can change the category when creating a group task. Is it due to system limitations or some steps I have missed. Thanks. Energy
New feature request
As you know I have suggested you add sounds to e-mail and IM new message notification. I would also like to suggest another E-mail notification feature - the ability to configure an option to send an sms message to a cell phone on the arrival on new e-mail. This would be a great feature, when you are out of the office, you get an sms and you can then use the wap interface to check your mail. Now, before someone says 'well, why don't you just use your wap interface to check for mail once in a while'
mapping "web folder" as network drive
I am think of saving & editing files directly in the web folders. However, it seems that web folders does not support this feature. Web folder seems only support copy/move/delete/rename. Is there anyway round? For example, can user map his own web folder as network drive so that he can edit or save files directly?
Desktop Email shows Spam items?
Hello, As per the screenshot attached, I have a problem wiht the email view on the Desktop. How do I control what is shown in this view? The Items shown on the desktop do not appear in the Inbox - they are spam items in my mail/Junk folder. When I click on the "Mark as Read" image, they disappear - but they come back again.
Move message from VO to IMAP
2 problems: 1. When moving email, I am not able to distinguish between 2 folders of the same name. E.g. Project1/Travel and Project2/Travel both appear as "Travel" in the move list. 2. I am not able to move items at all. I want to move messages from VO to an IMAP folder.
