Hello, In my country, the law states that vacations for an employee "resets" every 12 months, not calendar year like my zoho is configure right now. example: if i join a company August 1 2014 i have 14 vacations days to enjoy. The next 14 days will be acredited or rollover on August 1 2015. How can i set up my zoho to count vacations balance this way not per calendar year. Thanks a lot!I Worked 14 Hours Today??
There appears to be a major glitch with the check-in/check-out. I checked in this morning and worked for about an hour. Then checked out. I checked in again, and noticed that the "total time" indicator looked to be more than I had done. I did my work and checked out. Then... On a whim, I just checked in again, and.... it says I've been working for 14 hours and 30 minutes. Umm.... Huh?? My total should be about and hour and a half. I hit "Subscription," "Change Plan," "Premium Edition," and "Pay" before it takes me back to the starting screen telling me I have the Standard Edition still. is there a way to create a view that allows me to calculate the total number of a particular set of data in Zoho People? Employee start date is 02 July 2014. Still employed (do the date of exit is blank). I need to show how long he has been with the company in years, months & days. I have used the following formula to try and show how long an existing employee is with the company, as this is what what shown in the help menu: (Date of Exit - Date of Joining) / (1000 * 60 * 60 * 24) the column is showing the result as -16253.29 . That is the "Title" field (*Designation Name:) is used for? It's a system field (so it cannot be altered nor deleted), also it's a Radio button type of field! Designation names are a lot (Accountant, Supervisor, Manager, Assistant...etc) and Radio buttons aren't the best representation for them. I've entered about 36 designation names and now I have a very long list whenever I want to add or edit an employee. It is annoying! Unless of course I got it all wrong and by "Designation Name" you mean Mr.Time Clock and Automated Workflow / Email

I am currently using 2 accounts in ZOHO People. 1 account will link to http://people.zoho.com/hrms when I logged in and another account will link to http://people.zoho.com/people. We are going to try to create a single Administrator account and change our current Administrator's to a lower level. Will we be able to edit items (such as jobs) that were created when the Administrative priveledges were associated with other accounts? I know that currently jobs are only editable by the Job Owner (which is terrible by the way). Please come up with better ways to manage permissions in the future. I have just subscribed to Zoho People in hope that I'll be able to use it to automate timesheets management in our company. As most software outsourcing companies we have notions of a "client" and "project". I need ability to generate a set of timesheets (reports) - one for each employee / project / client combination. In People I don't see how I can replicate notion of Project and employees being assigned to projects.
