Employee Invitation Not Working
I have sent invitations to my employees, and both the link and the web address to paste is not working in order to accept the invitation - it takes them to "Sorry the page you have requested is not found"Direct linke to company policy

Hello, After doing a full export (all data, including the data in tabular sections) of the employee form I have done an import so I can re-map some fields, thus updating only the fields I was interested in. I can see now that somehow all of my tabular sections are empty. I don't see any reason why things are the way they are now. Could you explain what happened? Is it a delay in refreshing my data? Can it be restored? I do have all the spreadsheets but can't seem to find a way around to import dataApprover not able to approve Leave request
Hi, 1.When my team member is trying to approve the leave of his subordinate, it says 'YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS THIS DATA. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR" Eg: Approver Id is TI10017,There are 3 leaves pending approval at his end. 2. Hi, Can you please tell me what defines the fields that are available to view, if an employee (Team Member) views their Manager's (or any other team member's) profile via the Organization Chart. For example, I have enabled every Employee field as View or View/Edit. When I look at my own profile, I see everything correctly, however when I click on my Manager's profile I only see a few fields, and many are missing - especially Telephone etc. Can you please help me understand the rules that definesUploading Users
When trying to upload new users - I keep getting the message that there is a duplicates in my file - when there clearly are not any duplicates in the file (or in the system). I can only import one user from the file at a time. How can I get around this issue? Thanks.New Area Creatio in Dashboard

Is it possible to mass delete information from a form instead of doing it one by one? I tried to reimport something hoping that the duplicate catcher would notice it and it did not, so now I have three sets of the same information. Only one set is the one I want. I have set up a user as the highest permission of approver in the company and I have entered Expense Report (test). Everything works (email alert, input, output), EXCEPT when the Approver actually goes to approve the report. It says: "You are not allowed to access this data. This question was asked 9mth ago by someone else so i hope there is a solution now. All notification e-mails come with a disclaimer from zoho people. Can this now be customised as it creates a massive problem as it does not cover the detail that our own e-mail security policy / disclaimer should state. Hi, I have added 2 more users in my Zoho People account. They accepted and the first use was smooth. Unfortunately, something happened, and now, when they log into Zoho People, they can't see the organization anymore. Instead, they are seeing a fresh new one (the system did ask them to select between staffing agency or HR system). I checked with them, both of them have the same issue. Hello, I am new to Zoho People and still reviewing to see if it meets our requirements. I don't see a way to have multiple positions for an employee within our company. I want to see that they were, for example: Assistant reporting to manager (2006-2007) - Salary $20,000 Manager reporting to Director (2008-2009) - Salary $50,000 Director reporting to CEO (2010-Present) Salary $75,000 The "Work" area of the employee record seems to handle this, but there's only 1 possible work record for an employee.How to change system field name of "Departments"
