Calendar View....
Will there be a calendar view under Leave Tracker => Reports => Day Leave Report? I would like to see a weekly snapshot of all the employees that would be on leave in one snapshot. I can see it in Leave Tracker but because its in a monthly format it makes it difficult to look at a glance to see how many employees will be on leave during the week.Can you Integrate Zoho CRM CONTACTS** in the Zoho People Time Tracker instead of "Accounts"
Can you Integrate Zoho CRM CONTACTS** in the Zoho People Time Tracker instead of "Accounts". Insteaed of associating the time sheets with the 'Account Name', our company must connect the jobs with the specific CONTACTS. Is this possible? Employee holidays - I have allocated employee 28 days holiday. It shows that they have the holiday left in their balance. They have added about 25 days, however now they cannot add anymore. It keeps saying "Sorry, you have already availed leave in the applied period" Even though there is a positive balance and no other restrictions that I can see. What am I doing wrong?Duplicate records?

We currently have mail alerts configured to send an email out to an employee when they submit a form. The subject of that email is fixed for all the emails sent to every employee. We would like to have the ability to make it so that the subject of the email automatically adds the name of the employee in the subject. Hi all, We've been comparing HRIS products and the Zoho Product works best for us. We're a software company, and are a bit picky about how the actual tool looks though. I've seen the wikki product, and a feature support for canned themes. When I wrote to customer service they mention there is no similar theme support yet for the People product. Bummer. That said, we write software and can drop in a new custom style sheet to change the fonts, forms, etc. ourselves. And would probably prefer thatPhotos on the app

I have an employee that had access to People. He also had set himself up with a demo account to ZohoCRM (not the comnpany CRM). So in order to add him to the company CRM, he changed his email address on the demo CRM account. That allowed us to add him to the company ZohoCRM. However, after that, he could no longer login into People. I opened a case on this and was told to go to the user list and "re-invite" him. However, he does not appear on the "re-invite" list because he is already in ZohoPeopleLeave
Is there a way to setup the leave accrual period based on emplyee hire date. This is the way we calculate it. I need different dates for different employees. Thanks!Editing Jobs
Currently only the Job Owner can make changes to a job even if they are Admin level. This is a problem. Admins need to have more complete control these changes. It would also be helpful if the jobs could have a "Job Code" of some sort.Bugs using Safari

We would like to setup a leave system that an employee accrues vacation days each month up to a certain amount a year ex. 10 a year. At the end of each calendar year, only 5 days can roll over. If we do not set an expiry date, but have rollover enabled and set to 5 days, will the vacation days reset at the end of each calendar year, or will they keep accumulating?Import timesheet not working
Hi, I'm trying to mass-update attendance and time tracker. Neither is working. I have tried all sorts of changes to the .xls file, I even converted to .csv but still no joy. In fact, it seems like there is a glitch as I don't get an error message. The interface tells me I'm importing the correct number of files, then I map the input and press submit only to get returned to the upload page which suspiciously still contains the file I've attemtped to upload. We did the Trial for a while before upgrading, we now have several employees with 100+ days of "Absent"s. Now that we have attendance tracker, is there a way to reset this for everyone? I want to either only track attendance from now, or reset everyone's history to "Present". Hello, We had tried to use ZoHo People in our Recruitment process however we could not automate becuase the "Do No Allow Duplicate" function does not work on a Unique ID like Email. When our candidates apply we wish theywould only apply once however we find they re-apply several times making duplicate entries in our database. I have set up a new training session in Zoho People that I want some staff to attend. I see that each staff memeber can register, but is there any way that I can invite staff to take the session? Hello, I am setting up Zoho People and still learning it as I go. I have an issue that may not be an issue at all. Basically, I created a custom form. Then, I created an email alert for when a record is added to that form. The email alert is supposed to be sent to users with the given "Role" as well as the people they are reporting to. Hello, I have a form that records student's attendance when they attend certain events. Each event is worth 10 points and by attending multiple events, say 3 events, they earn 30 points.
