Data export and Forms update

Data export and Forms update

Hi,

First of all, I'd like to be able to export selected datas from a form, and not the whole set of datas. Is there any solution in order to do that ?
There are some filters in a view of form datas, but when you try to export it as an excel, it gives you all datas from the beginning.

Secondly, I made an update on a form I built a few weeks ago. I added a check box.
I tried to use again my form and there is no problem, but when users tried, they told me the check box is not visible. I checked the properties of my check box, no problems.
I am the only one who can see the update in data set (every one is "false" on that data because they can't check it) and the only one able to see it in the form.
Can you help me with that ?
Users started to use the form before the update, maybe that's why ?
