This is a very bizarre problem,
During March, our receptionist clicked check-in when she started her day and check-out when she finished and it recorded it, correctly, as present.
For April though, it's been recording every day as absent - but it's tracking the hours, it says she was absent for 8 hours for example, so it knows she's selecting check in and check out, but... it's putting them as absent.
I've gone through all the settings, I've tried changing it manually, inputting the times manually..
What I've understood so far is that it's recording it as Check out time to Check In time? If I input the time manually ontop of the recorded time, it will take the check out time of the first reading, and the check in time of the second reading, and then put her as present - but that's not calculating correctly nor does it make any sense at all
Can you please tell me what's happening here?
