Task Comments Permitions
I have a suggestion. You can give the capability to the user in specific comments to give permissions which user can see it and for the other can be hidden. Of course default is all and then you can pick. I suggest this Idea because we constantly have a minor problem when in one task there is collaboration between managers and employees. The problem is that we can not say all thinks public. For example "i do not like his presentation but lets give me a second chance etc etc. So we change messages

hello, this is a very good feature but has a litle bug. When you want to add an event the time is always 1200-1200 as in image. Can this take the task time because we have each time to just clone the task hours there wehile we could only just create an event with one click thanks
Projects - Change Administrator
I don't see a way to change the administrator. In a very fluid and growing organization, I hope we are not stuck with the admin we started with? Is there some sort of work around for this?
Converting client users to company users
Hi I wonder if you can help? I would like to give greater access to the projects I am working on for a client. Can I change a customer user to a client user - that is to give them the additional functionality of a "manager" in company? Is there a downside to offering this level of visibility? (All tasks are set to external visibility as all work is visible to this client.) I only want them to access the projects module, not CRM, Books, etc. I think that this would be the case is they are company

When we get an order, we create a project from a template. Sometimes in the course of working on the order for the customer they want a change, so we need to add a set of tasks around that change to our project task list. Remove Completed projects from main project list
How can I edit my main project list to not show Completed projects? Completed projects are no longer 'Active' so I don't understand why they still show. There is an option to view only Completed projects, so I don't understand why there isn't an option to view all 'open' projects or a way to do a custom view to only show certain projects statuses.
Google Shared Drive Attachment
We have upgraded to Google Business. The main reason is to use the Google Shared Drive feature. I am trying to associate a file in one of the Shared drives to a project and I only see files in the "My Drive" and "Shared with me " areas of Google Drive. Has anyone figured out a way to get files in the Google Shared Drive to be available to be accessed from Zoho Projects and CRM? I do have the Google Drive plugin from marketplace installed. Sigma Extensions Permissions for Client Users
Hello, I've been developping a extension for Zoho Projects. The goal is to embed a 3D file viewer for client for who we do construction project. In order to do that, I've been playing with the Sigma to create very basic extensions without third parties acces and test them. But it looks like whatever the widget location parameter have been set, the extension is not available on the Portal for the client. It works for Users. Is it a permission limitation? What's the way to change that ? Thank you

Backdated task completion date
Hello, Maybe I could not find the proper way to do it, but when entering tasks that took place in the past for an ongoing project, the system automatically assigned the current date when they were marked complete. Isn't there a way to enter the actual end date if it was in the past? Thank you

Viewing my team's open and overdue tasks across different projects
I manage a small team who all work across a number of different projects. I'd like to be able to see any overdue tasks and tasks that over coming up this week for all of the users in my team, not just my own open tasks. Currently I am having to go into each project (of which there are currently 17...) to see what is coming up and what is yet to be completed. Is this something that can be on my dashboard?
Recurring subtasks associated with Recurring Task
Hi, I am trying to set up daily opening procedures for my company. Each day, I would like my employees to perform a series of tasks and subtasks. For example, I would like them to perform the following: 1. in lighting, I would like them to switch on: a) cellar room lights b) tasting room lights c) hallway lights I have successfully created the tasks and subtasks. However, I can only make the task recurring. The subtasks do not remain associated with the task when the recurring task is created.
Sorting in bug Tracker
Is there a way to set a sort order on the main bug screen. I'd love for my guys to see: 1 just their tickets. 2 order those tickets by severity 3 order those tickets by status Or something along those lines. Currently I have added a priority field (1-25) so they have an idea what situations need the most attention once assigned.
Common Communication location
HI all, for our office we usually have 3/4 different users interact with any given project/task. I really like the fact we can CC an email to have it go into the comments. But when you close the task, you end up 'losing' visibility to that communication. Other than creating a task {common comms} where we would use to 'dump' email communications in there, how do you manage this type of communication? Thanks

hi, 1. it takes too long to bulk edit tasks when you are trying to change multiple options on all. Would be much better if we can choose all the options we want to change, and then hit save. 2. please allow us to PIN certain task lists so they never close. TASK CSV Export - please add URL as a field
please add the task url as an exportable field in the CSV Export. We are trying to automate printed labels for each task from a brother printer. we want one of the fields to be a QR code that brings us right to the task. I tested this with the task URL and it works perfectly, we just need it exposed in the CSV file. Hopefully this isnt hard to do and you can reveal it quickly?
In free version, how can I reorder the tasks in the Chronology Gantt Chart view?
I'm using the free version of Zoho Projects, and I would love to re-arrange the order of tasks in the Gantt Chart. Currently, the default is by percent completion, but I'd prefer them ordered by TaskList, so that groups of tasks are more meaningfully clustered. I don't see an obvious way to do this. Is this possible in the free version, and if so, how? Thanks!
Recurring tasks and budget hours - "planned hours" within Budget Status do not include recurrences
eg. Task = 20hrs Recurrence = 10 x weekly My understanding is that "planned hours" for this should be 20hrs x 10 = 200hrs. Is this correct understanding? Currently when I plan projects this does not happen. The "recurring" symbol shows beside the task and the details are correct....however only 20 hours are applied to the "planned hours" - the recurrences are not counted. Is there something I might be doing wrong?

Auto Refresh - Project View
We have a team of 10 within a website development agency, that migrated from ASANA to ZOHO. One of the issues that we are experiencing is that the assigned tasks do not auto refresh for our developers specifically, so unless they refresh their display frequently they might miss a task that might be of high priority. I have spoken to ZOHO and they have stated that the tasks should refresh automatically...any feedback?
