Error when attempting to add users
Hi, I am getting an error message when attempting to add users to Zoho projects. I have successfully added 12 users, however, now i am unable to add any further users, i am getting an (Error Occured While Adding User) message. I am on the enterprise plan, so should be able to add unlimited users, no? Thanks Ian

Hi, I have a issue with a new user, his email existed before with other consultant, So, when I add him to projects, the user that shows in the portal is the old user, the new user doesn´t show up. I deleted the old user and add the new user, (email is the same), show me up the old user than I was deleted, and never show me the new one. How can I do to delete the old user and add the new one, Can you help me please?
Error to import tasks
When there is a list of tasks in XLS a project of Zoho does not respect the end date and leaves the start date Thank you
Setting Tasks as billable or non-billable.
There does not seem to be away to set a task item to billable or non-billable when the task is being created. I have figured out how to go in and change it in the log, but if you work on something at several different times, you don't want to go in and have to set each entry to non-billable. Perhaps I have missed it where you set this, and if I have, I would appreciate any help. Thanks, Steve wickwood
Billable 'Projects'
Billable Hours: Can I make a Project 'Billable'? By this, all hours spent on this project agaisnt any task will be 'Billable' and 'Non-Billable' can not be chosen/applied for such projects. In other words, people can not select Non-Billable option when they enter time sheets for these projects. Regards Gandhi

New UI - Dropdown Arrow Inconsistent
In the new UI, the dropdown arrow for any dropdown list does not work consistently. The user must click on the "text" in the dropdown field, rather than clicking on the arrow. I've tried this on a Mac OS 10.12.3, Safari and Chrome. The problem appears on both browsers all the time.

Project Templates, Task Templates and Milestones: Access for Project Managers
It would be super useful if project managers could create tasklist templates with milestones. As is stands, milestones can only be added to Project templates and those can only be created by admins. Would love the ability to add milestones to tasklist templates. If you agree, let your voice be heard!

Could you please tell me if there is a way to link bugs to project tasks? Or vice versa? What I would like to see is how many or which bugs are linked to which project tasks. Currently it seems bugs can be linked to a milestone but not task list or task. Please help?

Admin User Denied Access to Only Portions of a Project
I have an admin user who cannot access the documents portion of only one project. It is telling her that she is not authorized to access that section. She can also not upload any documents to tasks. It is really weird, because there are no issues with any other projects, just one. Thoughts on how we can troubleshoot? Thanks!
Chart Colors
Is there a way to change the task colors in a chart? For e.g., if a task was supposed to be completed on 3/10/17, but was completed on 3/15/17, can the actual time be shown in red color? However, if the task was completed in the duration assigned, then it can remain in green or blue color.

Question on global reports, milestone gantt
Hi all, I have a question regarding the "global reports" section. In our setup we have many projects running, and when our CEO looks to the global reports section, using the milestone gantt, and filters for "task owner" or something else, what he reaches is a view in which all the milestones are present, not only the ones that have a "visible" task. Hi, If I set a task on friday, with 4 days of duration, then the end date is automatically set to monday. So, zoho considers the weekend as "working days". How can I set the week duration from monday to friday, so the end date is automatically set to wednesday? Thank you! Best regards, Christopher

Hi all, I don't understand if this is a problem of mine or not, but the Resource Utilization page looks misaligned. That is evident when you click on the user in the first column, to open her/his tasks. Import Tasks with Planned Hours

Filters not working - still shows all closed tasks (albeit with a line through) when I select Open tasks only? Help!

Adding users (emails with no zoho account) to a project will not allow them to create an account
Hello, I have added new users (with no Zoho account) to my project. (refer to image 1) then I have invited them using (get more Free Project) (refer to image 2) Now we have an issue: when they tried to create an Zoho project account with their email it said: "an account already exists for this email" (refer to (error-Zoho.png) Note: they do not have accounts, and they can no longer create accounts with their email. Please help

Project Users, Admin added by default, possible to remove / hide them?
Hi all, portal admin users appear in every project created in the portal. From a users point of view, this can be useful but also distracting: in every page, or dialog, or select list we have the admin users appearing. Imagining that there is a precise technical reason for this, maybe there is a chance to "hide" the admin users from the various pages. Hi, In the new Zoho there is a new icon which looks like clock... When a user clicks on this it seems to count down and add the time spent on this task to logged hours. What are the key benefits of using this? Can you report from this? How accurate is this? (i.e does it still count the time even if you are not on Zoho?) Thanks, George
