Customers

Details of all the customers who have booked an appointment for any of your services, staff, resource, or workspace, are stored in the Customers section. New customers can be added or deleted from this section.

Click Settings  icon and select Customers.


     
Details of a customer can be viewed by clicking the customer record. The Customer Info section displays the contact information of the customer. 



The Appointment History section lists all the appointments booked by the customer. Click on an appointment to view a summary. You will be taken to the appointment summary page where you can see more details about the appointment. 
           

New customers can be added by clicking the + iconCustomers are added in this section without associating them with an appointment. The customers you add here can be later associated with new appointments created from the calendar view or the list view

       
          

To search for a customer, enter the name or any other details of the customer in the search bar.
        

Export customer list

To export the customer list, click the three-dotted icon on the left side and select the file format to export. 



The downloaded file will have the below details 



Note: If you have more than 10,000 customers, you will be redirected to a request ticket submission window. Once you submit it, our support team will get back to you with the customer list.

To delete a customer, click the delete icon for the selected customer. Please note that all details of the appointments with the customer will also be deleted from your account.



To delete customers with upcoming appointments, those appointments need to be completed or canceled.  Registered customers cannot be deleted at this time. We will soon be releasing a solution for this restriction.

Hi! The customers modules shows alle customers, that have interacted with our ZOHO Bookings-Account so far. Is it possible to limit the view, according to an employee's role? For example, I do not want employees of a certain workspace to access customers from another workspace.

Hi Ben, 
We currently do not have the option to restrict the employees from viewing the customer list. Though we are working on streamlining this.


You may export the customer list as a whole from the Customers section and/or specific bookings from the calendar's list view by applying the required filters. It is not possible to directly get the appointment history of specific customers as such.
