What is the maximum character limit for an HTML template?
The maximum limit is 300,000 characters.
Where can you validate a coupon code and view its details?
From the navigation toolbar, click Campaigns > Email Campaigns > Coupon Services icon in the top-right corner. You’ll be sent to the Coupon Services page; enter the coupon code and click Check to view the coupon information.
In Zoho Campaigns, when do you enter the "Coupon Expiration Date" during the creation process?
The "Coupon Expiration Date" is entered at the very beginning of the setup process, along with the Coupon Prefix.
What two main pieces of information need to be entered about the coupon at the beginning of the setup process?
You’ll need to provide the Coupon Prefix and the Coupon Expiration Date during the initial setup.
Which merge tag should be used to display the actual coupon code in email content?
Use $[CT:COUPONCODE]$ to generate and display the coupon code.
Why am I receiving "You have not added any coupon merge tags in content. Please add the tags to your content" while sending a coupon campaign?
This error occurs if coupon merge tags are not included in the campaign content. To fix it, add the required coupon merge tag before sending the email campaign.
Is it possible to send a webinar campaign for past webinars?
No, webinar campaigns can only be created for upcoming webinars, not past ones.
Why am I seeing "No Webinar Available"?
This message appears when there are no upcoming webinars scheduled in Zoho Meeting. Only future webinars can be selected while creating a Webinar campaign, so past or unscheduled webinars will not be shown.
Is the use of RSS merge tags limited to RSS campaigns only?
Yes, RSS merge tags can only be used within RSS campaigns.
Can Zoho Campaigns send campaigns using RSS daily?
Yes, Zoho Campaigns lets you send RSS campaigns daily.
What is an RSS campaign?
An RSS campaign is a type of email marketing campaign that automatically sends out emails whenever new content is published on a website's Really Simple Syndication (RSS) feed.

What are the values you can customize for RSS campaigns?
We provide a set of predefined merge tags for RSS campaigns to customize the blog title, link, date, description, author, image, and RSS items.
Why isn’t content displayed as designed in Zoho Campaigns?
If the feed contains images, you can add an image component with a merge tag, so that whenever the RSS feed is published, all of the images will be reflected accordingly in the feed URL.
What are the integrations available to send an event campaign?
As of now, Eventbrite is the only integration available to send an event campaign.
What integrations are available for sending a survey campaign?
As of now, Survey Monkey and Zoho Survey are the only integrations available to send a survey campaign.
Why are you unable to send the survey campaign?
If you're unable to send survey emails, cross-check whether the survey merge tags are included in the content.

How can I view the updated survey reports in Zoho Campaigns?
To view the updated reports: From the navigation toolbar, choose Reports and select Sent Campaigns. Select a survey campaign. Switch to the Survey Reports tab. Click Refresh to update the survey reports.
I am trying to send a survey through Zoho Campaigns but it says that none exist. Why?
Check to see whether the surveys have been published in Zoho Survey. You can only use surveys that have been published in your Zoho Survey account.
Can I send chain campaigns based on survey stats?
Yes, it is possible to send chain campaigns based on survey stats such as completed and incomplete surveys.
Will I be able to view survey reports in Zoho Campaigns if I deny the SurveyMonkey integration?
No, if you do not integrate with SurveyMonkey, you cannot view the survey reports in Zoho Campaigns. To get the survey reports updated, it is mandatory to integrate the SurveyMonkey account with your Zoho Campaigns account.
Can I view survey-related responses while taking the survey?
Yes, you can view the responses in a survey under the Recipient Activity tab of that particular survey's campaign report.

No, merge tags aren't mandatory in survey templates because we’ve embedded survey links inside the survey templates. However, if you are using a general template, you'll need to include merge tags so your survey links are visible in the template.
Why aren't subscribers receiving my RSS Campaigns?
If your subscribers aren't receiving RSS campaigns, check to make sure content is being added to your website.
If there's no website update, will the RSS Campaign trigger?
In this case, no campaign will be sent.
Where can I find the e-commerce stats in my Shopify account?
You can view the e-commerce stats in the Reports section of your account. Note: Only paid users can view e-commerce stats in their Shopify account.
What if I already have a track code in the order processing script?
You can paste the Shopify track code alongside other codes in the same script box. This will not impact reports generated by respective code-related websites.
