To view the schema builder

1. Navigate to Settings page in the edit mode of your application and click Schema builder under Developer Tools section.
   
2. The Relationship Diagram for the current application will be displayed. The following image shows a sample relation diagram in Zoho Creator. Forms Add Staff, New Order, Order Item, Add Item Category, and Add Menu Item are related while Tax Setting is a standalone form.
   
   
3. These form entities can be dragged and moved around. Click the + sign at the bottom to create a new form and add it to the relationship diagram.
   
   
4. Click the options on the top right corner to Fit to Screen, Refresh, or Print the relationship diagram. There is also a dropdown to select the form to be displayed in the relationship diagram.
   
   

To check the relationship between forms, hover the cursor over a form entity. The relationship is highlighted using linked arrows.

• Unidirectional link - form Add Menu Item has a look up field to form Add Item Category.
  
  
• Bidirectional link - forms New Order and Order Item have lookup fields to the other form.
  
  
• One to many links - form Order Item has a lookup fields to forms Add Staff, New Order, Add Item Category, and Add Menu Item.
  
  
• Form added as a subform - the form Add Menu Item is added as an existing subform in Menu form.
