Email Deliverability
My average email open rate since switching over to Zoho Campaigns is under 10%. The previous platform we used (SharpSpring) was consistently in the mid-20s. Hi, I just did my first campaign on Zoho . I had a 4% bounce rate. On further review of these email addresses, I wanted to either delete them (people changed jobs) or move them to a different list so that I do not re-send my next newsletter to them.
