Zoho CRM Sync using Field Criteria
We're setting up a sync between Zoho Campaigns and CRM. Looking for clarification on the Criteria function. Our criteria is the value of a custom field (Stage). e.g. "Stage isn't 'Cancelled' ", so that all CRM contacts without Cancelled will be imported into Campaigns. If the value of the Stage field for a contact that is already in Campaigns changes to "Cancelled", will that contact be removed from the Campaigns list during the next sync?

Merge content into several campaigns
I want to create several automated campaigns for a newsletter. Each campaign is tied to a different sender and different subscribers. Each campaign template is same style/look but different content (logos, signature etc...) but this info does not change once set up. Can't add user to ZohoCampaign
hi. I'm an admin (and owner) on a ZohoCampaign account. I just tried to add 2 users to the account, both of whom are already users in ZohoProjects and who are have been Vendors (they are administrative contract workers) in my ZohoCRM. The add user screen in ZohoCampaign tells me: "This email address has been already used in some other organization. So you cannot add/invite this user." What can I do? I want my assistants to be able to send newsletters, etc. I tried to remove them from my vendor

Sign-up form - Fields names missing in IE
Hi everyone, I've customized a sign-up form, which works perfectly in most browsers. Unfortunately, when I open it in Internet Explorer (IE11), the names of the fields don't show (see image below). I have created segments for my contacts but cannot add them to a campaign
Hi there, I have imported all contacts from my Zoho CRM and then, as suggested, have segmented them by various different contact types that I have set up. When creating a campaign, I get to the point of adding contacts and whilst it allows me to add the highest level (e.g. All Leads or All People) it does not display any content when I try to add just a segment. What am I doing wrong? Alex

Hi. I am trying to make a segment in Campaign based on my CRM contacts and accounts lists. My CRM setup is, I am using Accounts to store a list of 2500 business names I purchased from a marketing company and the Contacts list to records details about the 1200 contacts I do business with. Is it possible and how do I segment the list to send an email to the 1300 accounts not in my contact list? Thanks

Automation emails based on creation date + X days
Hello, In Zoho CRM, it's possible to set up email alert based on the creation date of the lead with the option to add + X days. It is very useful to re-contact a lead who is not yet an opportunity. Unfortunately, because of the quota limits (50 by user), I choose Zoho campaign to send emails. Unfortunately, in Zoho campaign, you can only choose a date on not a period (like mm/dd/yyyy +X days after creation time) to set up a worflow process. Do you have any idea how can I solve this issue?
