Optimizing Chatbot Versatility by Combining Answer bot and Zobot

We are delighted to introduce the Answer bot card/autopilot function for the Codeless and SalesIQ Script bot platforms. This provides your bot with Q&A capabilities similar to the Answer bot. So, you can bring your Answer bot inside your Zobot flow using the Answer bot card/autipilot function. With this, you can tune your chatbot to be an all-rounder by having all perspectives on marketing, sales, and support. 
 
 
Note: 
  • It is available only for the Enterprise plan.
  • Currently, the Answer bot card supports only English
 
What can you do with Answer bot card/autopilot function?
 
In the Codeless bot, the Answer bot is available as a card and for SalesIQ scripts bot platform it is available as an autopilot action. So when you use this on the bot's flow, the bot can use NLP to analyze the question and respond with relevant articles/FAQs.  
  • It suggests articles/FAQs based on the visitors' questions from your Knowledge base. 
  • You can fully customize the configuration and behavior of the Answer bot card/autopilot function according to your requirement.
  • You can configure if it finds the answer to the visitor question or not; both as per your needs. 
    • Answer found - When the Answer bot card/autopilot function finds an article/FAQs based on the visitors' question. 
    • Answer not found - When the Answer bot card/autopilot function couldn't find any resource based on the visitors' question. 

  • Once the Answer bot card/autopilot function suggests the appropriate resource as per the visitors' question, you can define different follow-up actions.
  • Use Small talks to train your bot to answer casual questions and Business terms to increase the bot's vocabulary automatically. 
Pro Tip: Try using the Criteria router block in the Codeless bot to deploy Answer bot card for your help page and Zobot for the rest pages.
