Creating and managing a Team Folder using WorkDrive TrueSync

Hello everyone,

Are you tired of constantly switching between your Desktop TrueSync app and the WorkDrive web app to create and manage Team Folders?
We’ve made things easier for you. You can now create and manage Team Folders directly within the TrueSync application!



A Team Folder is a shared space where you and your team members can collaborate on stored files and folders. Depending on your project needs, you can set up multiple Team Folders and add members associated with those projects. WorkDrive offers two types of Team Folders: private and public.

Private Team Folders are for selected members to collaborate on exclusive tasks or projects. For instance, you can create a separate Team Folder for the finance department to handle sensitive data like company revenue and employee salaries, ensuring all files and information remain private to that specific group.

Public Team Folders store common team files accessible to everyone in the organization. For example, documents containing the company's general HR policies or guidelines are important for everyone to access.
