今回は上記に加え、データのロック機能のリリースについてご紹介します。

◎データのロック機能のリリース

今回リリースされたデータのロック機能では、手動または特定の条件を満たした場合に自動的にデータをロックすることができます。これにより、データに対する変更を制限できます。また、ロックしたデータに対して実行する処理を設定できます。
今回リリースされたデータのロック機能は、以下のようなケースで活用できます。
  • 商談が受注、または失注のステージに達した場合、組織の他のユーザーによる商談や連絡先データの編集や削除を防ぎたい。
  • 商談がレビューのステージに達したタイミングで、上位の役職のユーザーがデータを確認する必要があるため、ステージがレビューの間はデータの編集を制限したい。
  • 新規登録された見込み客データを精査する際に、データの編集や削除を一時的に許可できないようにしたい。

当方でUIを確認しましたので、紹介いたします。

■ データのロック機能の設定について

データのロック機能を設定するには、設定 > カスタマイズ > タブと項目の順に進み、データのロック機能を設定したいタブの表示名を選択して、「データのロックの設定」を選択します。



データのロックの設定で、ロックする方法を選びます。(手動 / 自動)
ここで自動のオプションをオンにすると、ロックを発動する条件を設定できます。



設定画面では、データをロックする方法やロックを発動するためのルール以外にも、以下の項目を設定できます。
  • データをロックする対象:ロックを適用する権限を設定します。
  • 制限する操作:ロック中に制限する操作を選択します。
  • 編集を許可する項目:ロック中でも編集が可能な項目を設定できます。


なお、データのロック権限を持つユーザーは、データの詳細画面から手動でロックできます。



■ データがロックされた場合

データがロックされると、データの画像とデータの詳細画面内にロックアイコンが表示されるようになります。ロック時に編集できる項目は、変更を許可した項目のみとなります。



データの一覧画面では、ロックされたデータに対しロックアイコンが表示されます。
さらに、リストビューではデフォルトのフィルターオプション(=「ロック中」)だけでなく、デフォルトのカスタムビュー(=「ロック中のすべての(タブ名)」)に基づくフィルタリングも可能です。
