Zoo CRM:Microsoft Office 365のカレンダーの同期機能に関するアップデート

こんにちは!弊社サポートチームが作成した「Zoho CRM のアップデート情報」の中から1つ取り上げて紹介します。

Microsoft Office 365 連携における機能の1つとしてZoho CRM のカレンダーとMicrosoft Office 365 のカレンダーの同期機能がありますが、

当機能にアップデートがあり、より便利にご利用いただけるようになりました。

 

 

■ 今回のアップデート内容

 

1. 同期するカレンダーの選択

Microsoft Office 365 のカレンダーから、同期したいカレンダーを選択できるようになりました。
(アップデート前は、Office 365  に作成されたZoho CRM 専用のカレンダーのみ同期対象)



 

2.  同期方法の選択

Office 365 からZoho CRM 、Zoho CRM からOffice 365 への一方向同期、または双方向同期が可能になりました。

 


 

 

3.  カレンダーの「予定あり」設定

Office 365 のカレンダーで、同期対象として選択した以外のカレンダーの予定もZoho CRM のカレンダーに表示できるようになりました。

Office 365の対象のカレンダーで予定が登録されている時間帯をZoho CRM のカレンダー上にも反映させることで、

同じ時間帯への予定の重複登録を防ぎます。なお、他のユーザーへは詳細は表示されず、予定の有無のみ表示されます。
