【開催報告】 東京 ユーザー交流会 2024/10/18(金) Zoho CRM のプロダクトロードマップや、最新アップデート情報を参加者の方に特別公開!

皆さま、こんにちは。コミュニティチームの藤澤です。
10/18(金)に東京ユーザー交流会を開始しました。過去最高の30名のユーザーさんが出席してくれました!
本投稿では、その様子をお届けします !当日の各セッションの様子に加え、当日使用した投影資料は以下になります。

今回は、インド本社からZoho CRMにプロダクトマネージャーであるDilip Nagarajanが本イベントに初参加しました。

⚫️Zoho 社員セッション:CX Platform Vision And Roadmap 

Zoho CRM / CRM Plus などのプロダクトマーケティング責任者のの菊池が登壇し(監修:Dilip Nagarajan)、Zoho CRM 2025年 プロダクトロードマップをご紹介しました。
※本セッションで使用した投影資料は非公開資料のため、本投稿には掲載いたしません。

2025年に予定されている、日本国内初出しのアップデート情報を紹介いたしました。

総ページ数75枚にも及ぶ膨大なアップデート情報の中でも、今後のZoho サービス活用が更に促進されるような、特にユーザーさんにお伝えしたい情報に注力して紹介しました。
参加者の方々は熱心にお手元でメモを取られている様子が印象的でした。
皆さまからプロダクトマネージャーDilipへのFAQの時間でも、積極的にご質問いただくことができました。

 

⚫️グループワーク 

毎回異なるテーマで実施しているグループワークセッションですが、今回はZoho CRMタブと項目」をテーマに実施しました。





各テーブルに別れて、各自で項目やタブのカスタマイズ例や、入力の手間を省くための工夫を参加者同士で共有いただきました。
紙にわかりやすくまとめて書いて説明されている方も多くみられました。
各ユーザーさんから積極的にアウトプットいただいたことで、ユーザー交流会ならではの直接他社事例を聞くことのできる、とても有意義なセッションとなりました。
   

⚫️Zoho 社員セッション:Ask Me Anything

参加者の方から事前にもらっていたZoho CRMに関する質問に対して、プロダクトマネージャーのDilipから直々に回答しました。
Zoho CRMの機能使用についてや、リリース情報についてなどたくさんのご質問をいただきました。
当日に追加でもご質問いただき、時間いっぱいまでセッションは盛り上がりました。

⚫️懇親会(ネットワーキング) 

任意参加の中でも、多くの方にご参加いただきました。
エキスパートユーザーさんと交流会初参加のユーザーさんが疑問点を互いにざっくばらんに話し合う様子なども見られ、ユーザーさん同士の横のつながりも交流会を通してできていました。
前のセッション中で聞ききれなかった質問をDilipに聞いているユーザーさんもいました。
食事と飲み物も楽しみながら、大盛況で東京ユーザー交流会は終わりました!
