カスタム関数マスター講座とは?

「Deluge」というスクリプト言語を使用してカスタム関数をカスタマイズした事例を、Zoho のエキスパートユーザーの皆さまに共有いただいたり、参加者全員でディスカッションをする時間です。

今月の開催回は、「日付けの取り扱い」についての関数共有とディスカッションを中心に構成されています。
Zoho ユーザー同士で交流しながら、カスタム関数に関する理解を深めましょう。

「日付の取り扱いについて - 以前寄せられた質問への回答 - 」
対象サービス:Zoho CRM
今回は、以下の二つの質問を解決する方法を紹介します。
1. 顧客の誕生日にアラートを出したい
- ワークフロー:顧客の誕生日に基づくアラート表示(商談タブ)
2. 自社のサービスを顧客が最初に契約した日から何年経ったかを表示させたい
- 数式項目・日付項目:顧客の契約年数の表示(カスタムタブ)
- カスタム関数:上記の共有に関して、そのほかに実装可能な設定(カスタムタブ)

これまで開催したカスタム関数マスター講座のアンケートにて寄せられたご質問に対する回答や関数の共有、および実際の回答を参加者の皆さまのZoho サービスの環境で動作確認していただきます。
また、質疑応答のお時間もございます。こちらでは、関数に関する疑問点や不安な部分を発案ユーザーさまへ確認しながら進められます。

今回のカスタム関数マスター講座は、開催回によってタイムテーブルが異なります。
2022年10月から2023年3月まで、毎月一回開催予定です。

◎注意事項
  • カスタム関数マスター講座では、参加者の皆さまにも実際の関数をコピーペーストして動きを見ていただきます。そのため、あらかじめZoho サービス を操作しながらご参加いただけますと理解が深まります。

  •  Zoho CRM のクライアントスクリプト、ワークフローの実行する処理におけるカスタム関数はエンタープライズプラン以上で利用できます。
    本番環境とは別の独立したテスト用の環境が利用できる「サンドボックス」も同様のプラン以上で利用可能です。

  •  講座の途中で質疑応答のお時間がございますが、個別のご質問になってしまう場合は別日程に開催予定の「Zoho ワークアウト」への参加をご検討いただけますと幸いです。
