1.参加可否の確認:RSVP

適用範囲:全てのプラン

RSVPは、招待ゲストの管理や出席状況の追跡に加え、イベント全体での円滑なコミュニケーションを支援します。
以下キャプチャのとおり、参加状況を一目で把握できるため、参加者数に応じて座席・飲食・備品などを効率的に準備できます。

ステータスの種類
  • 出席(Attending)
  • 参加辞退(Not Attending)
  • 未定(Maybe)
  • 未回答


RSVPでできること
  • 招待制イベントの運営
  • 同伴者を許可する
  • RSVP回答期限の設定
  • ゲストに対して招待メール/リマインドの送信
  • RSVPダッシュボードでステータスを一元管理

設定方法:登録 > RSVP
※この機能を有効にするには、主催者が1つ以上のチケットクラス(無料または有料)を作成している必要があります。




2. 証明書作成ツール :Certificate Builder

適用範囲: Ultimateプラン

イベント参加者向けに 自由度の高い証明書を作成できるようになりました。
参加者・スピーカー・スタッフ・スポンサーなど、役割ごとに 参加証・感謝状・表彰状などを自在にデザインし、
配布することができます。

主な機能
  • ドラッグ&ドロップで簡単にデザイン作成
  • ロゴ、署名欄、QRコード、背景スタイルを自由に追加
  • A4/USレター、縦横のレイアウトに対応
  • 動的フィールドで数千枚の証明書を一括生成可能
  • 役割別テンプレート(参加者・講演者・スポンサーなど)に対応



証明書の共有
  • 一括メール送信または個別送信
  • 役割や出欠状況に基づく自動送信
  • 手渡し用にダウンロードも可能

証明書は単なる形式的な書類ではなく、イベントの価値やブランドを強化し、参加者のロイヤルティ向上につながります。


証明書はイベントワークスペースから直接送信できます。Scheduled Emails内の 「Download Certificate」リンクを利用し、
役割や出欠状況に応じた自動送信も可能です。エクスポートや追加ツールは不要で、クリックだけで簡単に送信できます。
各証明書にはQRコードも組み込めます。


3. 登録の承認:Registration Approval

適用範囲:全てのプラン

イベント主催者は、どの参加者がイベントに参加できるかを確認・管理できるようになりました。
登録リクエストはイベントダッシュボードの 「Registration Approval」 に保持され、ステータスごとに一覧表示されます。
