【Zoho CRM】アナリティクスタブのグラフに関するアップデート

今回はZoho CRM アップデート情報」の中からアナリティクスタブのアップデート  を紹介します。


今回のアップデート内容:

アナリティクスタブ内で作成したグラフの特定の項目に、任意のカテゴリー追加をすることでデータのグループ化が可能になりました。

以下2つの項目について、カテゴリーを作成することができます。

  • 選択リスト項目

  • 数値項目(通貨、数値、長整数、小数、パーセント、数式、ロールアップサマリー)

項目ごとに作成手順を紹介します。



 

選択リスト項目のカテゴリー  

 

見込み客タブ内の項目「見込み客のステータス」にて、ホットなリードを現在何件保有しているのかを把握しやすくするためのグループ化を例に設定方法を紹介します。 

設定の流れ

1. [グラフを追加する] から、タブは[見込み客]、グループ化は[見込み客ステータス] を選択し、[カテゴリーの項目を作成する]をクリックします。

2. 新しいカテゴリーの項目にて名前を入力し、「カテゴリーを作成する」をクリックします。

 

3. カテゴリーに名前を入力し、グループ化対象となる値にチェックを入れます。
左が設定前、右が設定後の表示です。

 


数値項目のカテゴリー

商談の規模ごと(小規模、中規模、大規模)にグループ化した場合を例として紹介します。

1. [グラフを追加する] から、タブは[商談]、グループ化は[総額] を選択し、[カテゴリーの項目を作成する]をクリックします。

 

2. [関連するグループ項目をカテゴリーにまとめる]より、カテゴリーごとの数字を反映する。

 

以上の手順で設定を完了すると、以下のキャプチャのように設定した項目の通りに数値が表示されるようになります。

今回紹介した機能アップデートは、すべてのデータセンター・すべてのユーザーに適用されています。(2024年12月20日現在)

 
Alert注意点: 
 カテゴリー項目と作成したカテゴリーは、アナリティクスのグラフのみで使用できます。 
 カテゴリー項目では最大10のカテゴリーを作成でき、各カテゴリー内に最大20の値を追加できます。 
 「その他」カテゴリーには、任意のカテゴリーに割り当てられていないグループの値と、カテゴリーが作成された項目の値が入っていないデータが含まれます。 
 カテゴリー作成は、[異常検出]と[ステージ]を除くすべてのタイプのアナリティクスのグラフでサポートされています。
