5 years of Zoho Subscriptions - Thanks to you!

To our community and team,

Five years ago, Zoho Subscriptions started its journey toward easier billing for recurring payments. Today, we'd like to thank you, our lovely customers, for helping us get this far. While we are grateful to all of you, we'd like to extend a special thanks to Larry, Tolu, and Jaspar who have made valuable contributions to our Zoho Subscriptions community. Thanks for taking the time to help your fellow Zoho Subscriptions users and help grow their businesses, too. :)

We want to give a big shoutout to three of our customers who have spent the last five years with us.

Artsper is a marketplace based out of France that specializes in contemporary art. Their main goal is making art accessible to all. With over 100,000 pieces of artwork from 1,500 galleries, it has already won thousands of followers across the globe. Artsper had an existing commission-based business model, and they turned to Zoho Subscriptions when they wanted to add a subscription-based model. "Zoho Subscriptions enabled us to quickly launch this new business model without typing a single piece of code," recalls Hugo Mulliez, the Founder of Artsper. Today, the subscription-based model contributes to 50% of their revenue, and Zoho Subscriptions is really happy to be a part of their success.

Goji Systems, operating from Pennsylvania, develops an advanced self-order kiosk system called GojiKiosk. GojiKiosk has a tight focus on customer experience. Quoting the Goji team: “As a SaaS company, we needed a recurring billing system that was flexible, powerful, and integrated with all our other business platforms. Zoho Subscriptions was our one-stop solution. It's intuitive, simple to use, and reliable. More importantly, we appreciate the support that we get from the Zoho team."

So a big thanks to them, and another to all our customers. You make all the hardships worth it.

We also can't forget our team of developers, designers, marketers and customer support representatives who made this journey so memorable! A special mention to Sasidaran, who kickstarted the 'Tips and Tricks' series within our community. It really helped a lot of customers automate their business scenarios. #GoDeluge

Lastly, we'd like to thank our partners around the globe for helping us reach a wider audience.

573 posts and 1379 comments later, it amazes us every day that we have so many people here to support us. As we cross this milestone, we promise to create more ideas to grow the Zoho Subscriptions community. We also encourage every one of you to follow and actively participate in all discussions you find interesting or relevant. If you have suggestions on what could help your subscription-based business, feel free to post a comment.

Looking forward to many more years of learning and growing together!

Cheers,
Harikrishna
