Ask the Experts #1: 5-hour knowledge exchange marathon on Bigin

Hello, Bigin Community!

We are excited to welcome you all to our first ever "Ask the Experts" session for Bigin.

Ask the experts (ATE) sessions allow users to interact with our Product Management and Development team - the actual brains behind the product. Here, you can post questions, ideas and just about anything related to the topic and our panel will be happy to discuss them with you. In this discussion, you'll also learn tips and hacks to best leverage the product and focuses on issues that frequent the support desk and hence necessitate expert advice. This five hour-long session also gives us at the Bigin team, an opportunity to hear your feedback and suggestions.

This ATE comes after two massive milestones in Bigin's journey. Bigin has recently turned one and to celebrate this we've revamped it with an elemental 2021 feature release. Bringing it to where it is now has been a journey and it wouldn't have been possible without our awesome Bigin Community! This past year, the Bigin team has been building on existing features, revamping and enhancing them to amplify product efficiency. Check out all the new features that have been rolled out, here.

Let's get talking! - our experts, will answer any questions across Bigin, including APIs, Bigin apps for Android, iOS & macOS.

Asking questions. To ask a question, simply post your questions as comments right here to this post. Our experts will address them on June 15th between 9AM - 2PM EDT. If your time zone doesn't work with the session's schedule, feel free to post your question right away and check back when you're free.
