We're thrilled to announce the expansion of Actions by Zoho Flow, previously available only to our Enterprise and Ultimate editions, to our Standard and Professional editions. This update is part of our commitment to provide all our users with powerful automation tools that integrate seamlessly within Zoho CRM.

What is "Actions by Zoho Flow?"

Actions by Zoho Flow extends your CRM workflows beyond Zoho, allowing you to automate actions in third-party apps. This means you can manage workflows that connect directly with other tools like Active Campaign, Microsoft Teams, Asana, and many more, all without leaving your CRM. Whether you're nurturing leads, managing projects, or coordinating team tasks, Actions by Zoho Flow makes it simple and effective.


Key capabilities

  • Automated workflows across apps: Automate routine tasks across different platforms, like scheduling appointments in Acuity or updating task boards in Trello, directly through your CRM workflows.
  • Easy setup: Navigate to Setup > Automation > Actions in your CRM to access the Actions by Zoho Flow tab where you can manage and create new actions or connections easily.
  • User permissions: Available to users with Manage Automation permissions, this ensures only authorized personnel can configure and manage these integrations.
