We have on-air fundraising events. When people call in their gifts we need to add them up and display various counters to our on-air team. Things such as: - total dollars for the event - total givers for the event - total dollars for this hour so far - total givers for the hour so far - percentage to the overall goal (dollars and givers) - percentage to sub-goals (hourly or day part or partial hours) - averages for all of the above We want to add the simple numbers in on one screen (repeated as many times as needed) and display dashboard results on another (repeated on as many screens as needed) We need to be able to edit the database to correct errors Each record should have a record number There should be a way to select monthly or single and that would add into the totals either one or X12. This is a super quick look at it. There may be some more variables we would want to pull out for the dashboard for the on-air team. This is not a database with donors info etc - we use something else for that. This is simply to have a nice fancy (and super good looking - nice design) calculator. We would want to be able to view the data entry and dashboard displays on regular computer screens as well as iPads and iPhones.
