Our company sends Instructional Technology Coaches (ITCs) to local schools to instruct teachers and students on how to utilize new educational technologies. The ITCs log their activities everyday in our current Zoho database. We would like to overhaul this database to make it more user friendly and effective while maintaining older data. To display the changes we want to make, we have created images in Google Drawings that showcase a “dashboard” for our ITCs. Each document acts as a page of the dashboard, with 6+ potential pages. Beyond simply acting as a database entry application, we want to emphasize ease of workflow for the ITCs. As a result, this dashboard ideally requires multi-functionality.
