Introducing our latest privacy enhancement - Hiding email IDs in Zoho Cliq Networks

Zoho Cliq Networks offers a powerful collaboration platform that allows businesses to create dedicated digital workspaces for external vendors, partners, or individuals you want to communicate with professionally without adding them to your main organization.

We're excited to share one of the most requested features: the ability to control email ID visibility across different roles within your network.

What's new?  

Administrators can now restrict the visibility of email IDs to specific roles directly from the Network's admin panel. This feature provides an additional layer of privacy protection for your organization by preventing external users like vendors and partners from accessing sensitive contact information, ensuring confidentiality.


How to configure this feature?

To implement this privacy control:

  1. Navigate to your Cliq Network's admin panel.

  2. Go to Permissions > Roles.

  3. Select a specific role.

  4. Discover the new "Hide email ID" option near the footer.

  5. Enable or disable email ID visibility as per your organization's requirements.

Note: When the option is disabled, even Network administrators cannot view the email IDs on the product side, but they'll be able to view email IDs  in the admin panel.
