Issue With Zoho Campaigns - Pictures do not load in recipients inbox's when sending out a regular email campaign

The problem we are having is that pictures on our campaigns are not being loaded once sent out to our recipients. I have attached a picture that illustrates this issue experience.

So far we have determined that recipients with Gmail accounts do not experience this issue. Most of our recipients use an Outlook inbox and we can confirm that this problem is experienced for mails sent to Outlook mail boxes. Apart from Gmail and Outlook we do not know if any other mail applications have this same problem. 

  • Has anyone else experienced this problem?
  • Is there a way within Zoho Campaigns to ensure images are automatically downloaded when emails are opened using Outlook?
  • Could this issue be related to inbox settings, or is it a problem with the format settings within Zoho Campaigns?
