My Zoho Story」では、Zoho の活用により自社ビジネスを成長させてきた軌跡を、さまざまな業界のユーザーにお聞きします。その経験や知見を、Zoho 活用の幅を広げる参考にしていただきたいと考えています。

 

今回ご登場いただく、あみろく / 代表の岡島英樹さんは、個人事業主・中小企業向けのITサポートを展開しています。

岡島さんと同社がどのようにZoho を活用し進化してきたのか、そのストーリーを聞きました。

 

 

――貴社の事業内容についてご説明ください

個人起業家・中小企業の事業を加速させるためのIT活用、効率化、自動化、システム管理、マーケティングを支援しています。

 

――Zoho の利用歴を教えてください

自社でZoho One を契約したのは約7カ月前です。ただ、利用歴としては約10年前にZoho CRM の導入支援を行って以来となります。

 

当時対応していたお客さまが、エクセルでの顧客管理に限界を感じ、顧客管理システムを探していました。その中でZoho CRM を知り、他サービスと比較検討をしたところ、コストパフォーマンスの面で優れていたためZoho の導入支援を行いました。

 

他のサービスとほとんど同じことが低価格で実現できたため、私自身はZoho One を導入しました。

 

 

――Zoho One の中で、どのサービスを利用されているかを教えてください

CRM / Campaigns / Desk /  SalesIQ / Marketing Automation / Forms / Workplace (Mail / Sheet / Show など) / Commerce / PageSence / Sites / Notebook  を利用しています。

 

――上記サービスを貴社のビジネスプロセスにどのように取り入れていますか

主にマーケティング〜営業に関わる領域で利用しています。

* Zoho Forms で問い合わせフォームを作成し、連携しているZoho Desk に自動で問い合わせ内容が入るようにしています。

 

* 会計管理については、マネーフォワード クラウド を利用しています。

 

――Zoho を利用する中で、可能性を感じる部分はありますか?

国産のサービスと比較すると、他社のサービスとの連携が容易であることに驚いています。例えば、Zoho Flow(アプリをつなぐ連携プラットフォーム)で対応しているアプリを確認してみると、対応アプリが豊富であり、ユーザーフレンドリーであると感じます。私のようにZoho One を利用すれば、マーケティング、営業まで全てZoho で対応できるのは、連携も楽なので助かっています。

 

また、細かい話になりますが、Zoho Campaigns でメールマガジンを作成する際に、受信者の受信トレイに到達するように、Zohoのコンプライアンスチームのレビューを入れることができる点に驚いています。過去に利用していた他サービスよりも到達率が高いことにも影響していると感じており、満足しています。

 

――今後Zoho サービスを利用する上でチャレンジしてみたいことを教えてください

今後は、Zoho Marketing Automation やPageSense などのマーケティング分析に役立つサービスを色々試し、より売上につながる使い方をマスターしたいと考えています。

それに加えて、経営者にとって重要なタイムマネジメントに、Zoho Projects をうまく活用できないか検証を進めています。
