Speak your Customers' Language: Azure AI Translator for SalesIQ is here!

We're happy to reveal the all-new integration of Azure AI Translator with Zoho SalesIQ! With this integration, visitor messages in foreign languages can be translated to your operator's language for easy, quick support, breaking down language barriers and fostering seamless communication.

While SalesIQ already supports the Google Translate integration, we have now added Azure AI Translator to its translation arsenal to cater to a wider user base, to facilitate real-time visitor message translation.

How does this work?

When a visitor message is received in any language other than the operator's language, operators can choose to easily translate the message to their standard language, in real time.
When a chat is picked up by an operator, the system automatically detects the visitor's language. Clicking on the 'Translate' button will convert the message to the operator's language in real-time.
The operators' replies will be seamlessly translated to the visitor's language when they are sent out as well, ensuring a full circle of understanding allowing for effective and meaningful interactions.
