What is Team Pipeline?
Team Pipeline is a business solution which unifies all customer-facing operations under one organization or account.
Each pipeline can manage a different record type. For example, users can manage deals on the sales pipeline, tickets in the customer support pipeline and so on.
For each pipeline users can define their own set of fields, stages and permissions.
With the introduction of Team Pipelines, Bigin account now becomes the single source of truth for customer information.
Users don't need to maintain multiple accounts or rely on other alternative solutions to get the same done.
With this update, we introduce Pipelines as a module in Bigin app where users can create various Team Pipelines for their business needs.
Within each Team Pipeline, users can create multiple sub-pipelines.
Following are the app features specific to Team Pipeline.

Create new Pipeline:
Clone from predefined templates - Users can browse form the library of predefined pipeline templates and choose the one that suits them.
Create from scratch - As of now 'Create from Scratch' not yet supported in mobile. This action is only supported in web applications.
Sub-pipeline:
Sub-pipelines created in the web application will be reflected in the app.
Users can filter records in app based on created sub-pipelines.
Pipelines Tab:
We have introduced pipelines tab to maintain Deals related records.
Pipelines tab will be displayed in details view of the record.
We are now supporting an option to mark a custom view as favourite from within the Bigin mobile app.
This feature is accommodated in all the modules on the app.
