Audit Logs - All you need to know!

In the previous tip, we spoke about the significance of adding informed consent in surveys. We have a new feature for discussion this month.

Did you know you can track all activities associated with a survey, as well as the portals and departments you're part of? Audit logs give you the relevant records of significant activities related to your surveys, portals, and departments — all in one place! You can use the details to trace activities for a certain date and time.



What audit logs do:
  1. Lets you track activities in chronological order.
  2. Mentions in detail the date and time of an action along with the username and the activity.
  3. Retains only the latest 90 days of history.
  4. Allows you to use filters to check activities by user, date, and action.
