I currently have a simple “to do” app that I have created in free version of Zoho Creator. I am a programmer and could struggle through adding a couple features I need, but thought it might make more sense to hire someone that knows this well.
My DB is simple It has an input form and a report form, images below. There are the things I would like to add:
1) I want to require log in authentication for 3 users a. Currently anyone with the URL can access the DB
2) I want to record the user id who made the most recent change a. I am not sure if this is already recorded and I just need to display it, or if I also need to explicitly record it?
3) I want to a second report view that includes the date of the most recent charge and the user who made that change.
4) If possible, I want only one master user id to be able to make batch edits, with the other 2 having no batch edit priviledge
5) I want email notification when a new record is entered. a. This is currently already implemented, although it is happening in two places, and I am not sure why
6) I want email notification when completed field is updated. a. This is currently implemented
7) I want email notification when any data is edited a. I want to see the form data for the record that is edited.
