What's New—September 2022

Hello everyone,

We've improved the Backstage experience for you and we hope that it will make your event planning a little more effortless.

Here's everything that's happened in the last month in a nutshell.

For multi-day events, you can now check in attendees for each event day. You can also check in attendees before the event day has started.
You can now control how attendee details are saved when importing attendees for your event by mapping the uploaded information with information in Backstage. A sample file can be exported in CSV or Excel format and used as a guide when filling out attendee information in the file that is to be imported.
Attendees are now allowed to add more options to a custom dropdown form field to build on the default list of options you have provided. Once the form is submitted, the new options will then be added to the existing list of options and can be selected by other attendees the next time the form is filled up.
