While some will use it to display catchy phrases to increase the site's appeal, others will use it to provide detailed instructions which the customer should know before scheduling their appointments.

By looking at your requirements, you need to choose the effectiveness of the text area, as you cannot go wrong either way. Ensure the clients can easily and efficiently understand the text and are assured in what they need to say before making their appointments.

If you do choose to include text other than these two lines, you can also change the background picture to do so. Keeping the text in between site elements is also a good way to make effective use of space.
