We need a record of invoices issued, constituted by 3 forms: clients; articles; movement/transactions. We have already drafted and will provide these forms. We obviously are looking forward to record and assess the Outward (articles) and Inward (payment and articles) movement/transactions of our micro-business (a small publisher). Specifically, this should allow us to know: a) how many articles were sold and at what price (as the price varies by client, shipment, etc - FACTURA/invoice and NOTA DE CRÉDITO/credit memo, i.e. a return); b) how many were sent free of charge and are still waiting to be sold/charged or to be returned (CONSIGNAÇÃO); c) how many were offered (GUIA/OFERTA/offers); d) calculate sales by client, by client/movement, globally, between the beginning and end of the year.. Further details at the .xlsx IN ATTACHMENT. At an initial stage only two persons will be using this database and introducing a limited amount of data, and therefore we wonder if it will be possible to build/use the Zoho platform for free? We will be looking forward to retrieve data from a spreadsheet alike the Examples in the attached xlsx, either at this or at a later stage. Sincerely, J Figueira
