Zoho forms needs more collaboration
There are several posts on here saying that more than one user should be able to edit the form and access the form responses. Right now if the person who usually uses the form responses is out, I have to manually reassign the form to someone else to get that data.
Now they've add a "security feature" where someone can't merge the data to a template in zoho docs unless they are the owner of those docs.
So I set up the form and the template. I hired an assistant, gave them the form, up until yesterday they could do the merge. Now they can't do the merge unless we move the templates to their doc account. But that means if they are out one day, I won't be able to do the merge and I won't be able to edit the templates when needed.
Instead of making it easier for teamwork as requested, they've made it harder.
